It's amazing how you're drawn into the world and the characters so quickly.  Loved the design of the UI with the phone and how the picture moves slightly along with your mouse movement. The music was very fitting for every scene and the art was beautiful (even with these familiar faces, hm...)

It was also interesting to see your writing style for something slightly different. Especially since your previous works were mostly something set in a fairy tale/fantasy/medieval themed setting, etc. But the emotion and weight behind your writing is still the same and I love that about it.

The only thing I'm disappointed with is how it ended... simply because I knew it works as a demo, but I was still like 'I have to know more!!' when I got to the end :D

Also felt called out about the 'What are you, an American?' comment. Because where I'm from it's always day/month/year, but basically every english title I've played so far had the American date system in it. So whenever I play something in English Inow  go back and am like 'It's probably month/day/year again'... Well, shows what I know xD

I played the original demo and was head over heels. Now I played the new demo and I could not believe that you could make something so good already even better.

There is so much attention to detail - in the dialogue, the music, the artwork. I love it when creators put put a lot of effort in their dialogue and flavour text and so I was pleasantly surprised how much of that is in here. Not only that, but all the subtle changes in the dialogue depending on how you play or let our knight act is so neat. It's such a delight to see. And how the interface changes, depending on what you interact with (whether it's a letter, etc.), as well as how the 'frost' disappears once you've seen everything there is to see on screen is a nice touch as well.

Not to mention I absolutely love the writing. I love the atmospheric and fairy-tale like style and how there's this dark/melancholy undertone, but it still manages to be heartwarming and hopeful whenever at the same time and even funny at other times. I'm amazed how some of these lines were able to touch at my heartstrings like it was nothing, but also managed to make me chuckle at other occassions.

The music is hauntingly beautiful and as always a highlight for me. As soon as a music piece starts, you're drawn in and you can't help but be whisked away by it. The music fits the scenes perfectly. But even if you listen to the tracks on their own, they manage to tell a story all by themselves and that's an amazing feat to accomplish.

The artwork is stunning and as much as I loved the original artwork already, when you compare it to the updated version, it's insane how even more detail and love was added in each and every picture, or how the  the artwork manages to perfectly envision the atmosphere for every scene. Add this to the music and writing... how could you not be drawn in?

The story is intriguing and engaging. It had me hooked right from the start and I can't wait to find out more about all the little things that have been eluded to already. And the gameplay adds itself to the way the story is told. Not to mention all those subtle little changes (be it in music or artstyle) depending on the scene as you look around and what it wants to convery is fascinating. Like the very beginning of the game, when you see the armor of our knight and once you click on it, you hear a rustle and that's how our knight 'wakes up', or when you interact with certain text phrases and how those change or 'leave' the screen manages to convey so much on its own. It's really incredibly engaging.

Overall, my love for this title has only grown. I loved every second of what I could experience already and I look forward to the full release, whenever it is ready to see the light of day!

Finally got around to buy this and I'm happy to support an artist/creator I admire and who definitely deserves it.

Your music always manages to move my heart and the more I get into it, the more your art, music and all the things you create inspire me to both draw and make music myself. Thank you!

This was a fun read-through! I always love hearing what were the inspirations behind the things others create, how the project came along and even some of the hijinks involved with it. The part about how you inform people of what you want was so funny and relatable. 'also PLONK' had me laughing more than you can probably believe. And it's nice to hear you all seemed to have fun working together on this too :)

I also liked to hear your thoughts about the 'endings'. Because that was definitely the feeling I was getting. Should I mention that I felt kind of bad that the end where they loose their innocence sooner felt more like what would really happen, even though I would have wished for the 'innocence' ending to be true as well? What's wrong with me? Do I just like to see people suffer and be sad, because it makes them grow and tends to tell you a lot about them? (don't answer that by the way)

Also, I didn't expect this to be a 'preview' to Last Winter Knight when you first announced it, to be honest. But it was definitely a pleasant suprise and I'm looking forward to your next project (whether it's LWK or something else) all the more now.

Thank you!

Beautiful writing that draws you in, accompanied by mesmerizing music and a cute artstyle. The yearning in this one was palpable and despite not anything serious being directly shown, I still felt anxious a lot of the time too. I especially  loved the moment the artstyle the artstyle shifted from the more 'minimalistic' fairy taile book look to the more detailed CG with more nuanced colouring. And as someone who has a weak spot for kisses on the hand, let me just say this one is probably one of the most intimate ones I've read so far.

That was delightful! Honestly, at my first playthrough I was kind of confused why most of the choices seemed to go to the same conclusion. But once I noticed what was going on, I thought it was very neat and really enjoyed it. Very fitting too!

Thank you so much for sharing your project and granting me a wonderful time!

Whenever you'll give me a chance to hear the mesmerizingly beautiful and enchanting music you create, I will take it! Thank you so much, listening to your music honestly brightens my day (even if it makes me emotional too).

Well, if this is what you come up with on a "spur of the moment brainrot" I'm happily looking forward to more.

So my feelings going through this can be best explained as such: Started off confused and wondering how we got here, only to be thoroughly intrigued and mesmerized, with a burning need to know more.

I was amazed how the writing kept me on my toes and in the dark, yet still managed to draw me in. The art (as expected when checking out your previous works) is beautiful and don't even start me on the music! It's always what sticks with me the most in your projects.

If I had to leave two minor nitpicks, it'd be that 1) the UI (save/load, etc) is really hard to find/see when there isn't a text box around, which was a bit uncomfortable for me and 2) I was kind of taken off guard when I first saw the charactere sprites cut off at the waist a bit awkardly when displayed in the middle of the screen (which I think is due to it being a demo, but either way, not that I mind too much).

Like I said though, very minor nitpicks under a lot of enjoyable intriguing content I'm looking forward to!

One of the best examples of how to tell an amazing, heartbreaking, yet wonderfully beautiful story, even with very little assets. Made my heart ache and cry, but in a good way... Thank you.

Short, but very well contained story, especially considering jam limitations. Loved how the photography theme was carried throught the UI and everything.

How can something be so intriguing, yet beautiful and unnerving at the same time? The relationship between the main characters especially was felt very well written and interesting. Can't wait to see where this one's headed!

This was everything and so much more than I ever thought i needed. Was instantly captivated by the somehow minimalistic, yet very effective gameplay. Loved the atmosphere and how the music fit every scene, especially how it kind of changed depening on what you did. Looking forward to the full release!

I really can't fully describe how this made me feel. "Hauntingly beautiful" comes closes, but it still feels like that fails to fully encompass everything. I can only say this a masterpiece in my eyes. And it's a first project even? Like freaking hell, that's impressive!
