I enjoyed playing this game! Great job! The art style was fun and the enemies were cool. It was some what hard to get close enough to kill them at first but since they stay dead even after you respawn, I was still able to explore everything and beat the boss.


Also, I noticed you can speed run the ending:

I agree that the boss needs work. Its pretty hard to tell when that attack specifically is coming. Next time, I will certainly make some kind of warning indicator for the player. I also wanted to make some kind of music and background ambiance but poorly paced myself and ran out of time. Though, I feel like I will be able to incorporate that into whatever I make next.

Thanks for playing! In hindsight, I should've put a text indicator on how to actually save at a campfire along with other essential controls and certainly will add those next time. Same thing with the charge feedback. I would like to have much better animations overall in my future project.

Cool game! I liked the atmosphere of it all and chasing enemies were fun!

I had a lot of fun playing this one. Everything felt very polished and the abilities were cool and interesting.

 The bird boss was really fun to fight and I felt that the enemies encountered before that helped prepare me.

Originally, I'd wanted to make 4 unique enemies but paced myself pretty poorly and had to reuse a lot of things to meet the deadline. Next time, I will definitely create more interesting enemies and more of them! Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback! 

I really liked the art and the title screen. The death animation on the enemies was pretty sweet too.

However, I also ended up back on title screen after killing the first room of enemies.

I like the character design a lot! Also the opening cut scene and music were pretty cool. Nice job!

Also, thanks for pointing that out about the map. I didn't really consider that when I was working on it but I do agree that unexplored areas should not be visible at all. Ill add that next time for sure.

I just wanted to say I had to reuse some sounds and rush the player animations because I ran out of time. But I will definitely pace myself better in my next Jam.
