do it because I think it would be really funny

I don't understand this strategy, I don't see how it could work. Only thing I see working about this strategy is getting feedback about your game but that's about it.

I mostly don't use art packs because I have a big ego and can't stand the sight of something I didn't make.

I treat game dev as a hobby, It's really fun to think of game mechanics and try and see how they'll fit together, can't imagine game dev being my job because I'll probably end up more like a business man than a game developer.

This strategy doesn't do a good job at promoting or getting feedback for your game, I think a better strategy would probably be asking streamers or something to play your game because at least they could promote AND give feedback.

very cool

Artists that post their art to social media usually take commissions and/or sell merch, people tend to buy these things based on that artist's style, So the artist usually focuses on making sure that one art style is "good".

Pixel artist is such niche role to have, pixel art is only really ever used in small indie projects but even then it's just better to hire someone who can do multiple art styles because it's more important to be flexible than be good at ONE really specific thing.

are you going full grey scale with the game's art?  If so I think that would be good for the game's tone.

you could make a game without music, but music also helps aspect of your game hit harder, it mostly depends on how you use your music or lack of music in your game.

I know Twitter wasn't the best site but I still find it crazy how Elon made it worse to use
