Gamplay caught me off guard.

The game was simple, yet surprisingly fun and addicting. The pixel graphics suited the game, but the music got repetitive very quickly and I don't think there was any sound effects.

Anyway, still a good game, and I enjoyed it!

Really nice game!

The idea was good and the visuals suited it (especially the water). Although, the font tutorial was hard to read and the difficulty curve could be better. It was way too easy, then all of a sudden a bunch of sharks starting attacking all at once.

I did enjoy it though. Good job!

Nice and fun platformer!

The graphics were pleasing, but the audio doesn't really fit with the game. The controls were good and floaty, which suits the platforming. Some collisions (like the spikes) could be improved to be more accommodating.

Nevertheless, good game!

The first jump is impossible. The gravity is WAAYYY to strong. It's like I can't even jump. Wondering if the gravity is tied to the frame rate...

This was a fun game with an interesting concept and theme. At first I was very confused, but once I figured everything out, it was a very cool game.

Eventhough it was fun, once you collided with a few islands and took them over, I didn't really know what to do, and didn't have much reason to continue. The thrusters were helpful at first, but then they were annoying when I collected a bunch.

This game would benefit from a but of guidence and a bit more content (content not as much seeing as this is a game jam game)

Nice and simple game.

The art was great and suits the gameplay but controls were a bit odd as almost everything had a different input, rather than just using the game one for interaction, and the lack of tutorial had me constantly switching from the itch page to the game. I was also confused after I made a boat. I made it, used it, and then I could travel to pointless islands? (Not sure if that was intended or you ran out of time. I needed directions)

But the game was good, just needed a few teaks, such as the controls, audio and content (all could be solved with more development time)

This game has a cool concept, but I feel like it needs more polishing and direction. Seeing as this is a game jam game, the game would benefit from having a smaller scope, making it easier for the player to complete the game in a short time, while also making it easier to polish everthing. The attacking was slow, there was no diagonal movement and for some reason the left and right inputs took priority.

The art was great, but the difficultly, polish and size of the game stopped me from seeing it fully.

Thanks for the feedback! I was able to make a few quick fixes before the jam ended. This really helped me because I wasn't able to do much playtesting when making the game.

Thanks for the feedback

In the ghost form there is a limited amount of time before you die, it's displayed above the head. To stop it you need to collect a life that an enemy drops. If you just died randomly, it's probably I bug that I didn't find during playtesting

Thanks so much!

Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up!

I fixed that before the jam ended.

Thanks, glad you liked it! I think a bit more playtesting would have solved that.

Sure thing! My discord is djhaggz

Good job though! It took me a while to get that high score.
