I really like this project. The only thing that bugs me is the game feels a lot like guessing which hurts certain categories because I'm thinking about them as guesses rather than what they represent. I liked the short description idea somebody else posted

Really complete and well done game. All I have to really comment on this would be the gameplay had two issues in my opinion. The first being the player moves too slowly going backwards like it feels as if I'm not able to go to certain areas. The bigger issue is the two hit life system feels clunky. Personally, I would go for it hitting the stamina bar since I found myself quickly looking at that to check my health. Also you have a way to regain health there already with the pollen.
As some people already mentioned some of the text systems need improvements(dialogue and journal reading). I think maybe you should try having the player be able to click on it and it will pop up like readable notes since the aesthetic of the messy journal is good. Also(might just be me) but clicking through the journal pages didn't seem intuitive like the buttons themselves didn't scream click me. Finally, maybe figure out a way for it not to be an info dump(I know that's kinda difficult for a game like this). Other than that I think you're off to a good start completing the game and I like the concept of the player checking the plant border permits.
Could be a really interesting game but needs to be done correctly. Although it was just a prototype there were some features that needed to be included to make it an enjoyable experience. For the most part I was just walking around aimlessly hoping something would happen. With that being said I did think the concept could be really good with having interactive levels like that and being able to see immediate changes. I feel as if the game needs to go back to the basics and fix the glaring issues before proceeding.
I think the story elements definitely could be interesting if you developed it strongly. I think my biggest issue may be in the art style as it feels like two different style between characters and background that in a style of game like this needs to be on point. As for the rest of the game I think as long as you have enough time to do everything and make it a sizable game it could definitely do something.
Both of our games is very similar so it's interesting to see where our games differed. I think for the most part the game is really solid at its basis. A couple of things that were a little bit annoying was selecting the bullets, I almost thought the player shouldn't select the bullets and they just solve the puzzle using what they had. Also none of the art felt great but I'm assuming most of it's temporary or going to be improved on. Overall, it was a really good demo with some kinks that needed sorting through.
There's not much to go on so I'm gonna assume what I can but from what it sounds like the is some kind of tycoon simulator system that has the player make robots to restore the planet. I think thematically it's a weird concept for a tycoon game especially considering in the modern sense restoring the planet is not a profitable business nor are machines known for being environmentally friendly. Other than that the game is feasible and probably relatively easy to create for this jam.
I think this plan is alright and can work but the only thing that concerns me is the direction you take this in for uniqueness. For example, your plan doesn't cover a lot of the fine details of what these rounds look like at certain points you show cards so I assume that there may be some deck building elements but I don't read any. I think the parts that I gather in which this is a tower defense that rewards players with synergy and having plants living long offers an interesting take that if done correctly can be unique and fun.
I think the aesthetics will be will good especially if you put the level of dedication you put on the plan into the game. My biggest issue is that the scope is going to kill your game either the artists are going to be working overtime or the gameplay is going to hold you back. I think the idea of going down a forest path and interacting with nature is interesting but after some time it'll feel one dimensional. I would try to make sure the gameplay actually is fun especially since this seems more movie than game at certain points.
I think this could be a really interesting project but truthfully I think this game might be reaching the very ends of what could be done in the scope. I think the idea of cutting biomes if they cause scope problems is a good idea and should be something you continue to do but I think at a per biome basis could be overwhelming to fill. Also I think the tiles are great I feel like the character design comes off as weirdly proportioned in terms of pixel size.
