Cool concept. I think this has a lot of potential. The idea of losing limbs in order to progress through the game is quite unique and I really like that. Can't wait to see what this turns into in the future! Congrats!

I loved how you applied the theme of the jam to this game. I think it's really smart. The visuals were fantastic. I had a bit of a hard time putting out some fires since my firefighters seemed to get stuck at houses sometimes or I wasn't even sure if they were actually putting out some fires. I really liked the towers tho. Overall, great concept and good job!
I really liked the sprites and sound design! The core idea of absorbing enemy abilities is cool and fits the theme well, though I didn’t feel it made a big difference in gameplay.
The platforming felt a bit clunky since some areas were cramped, and collisions under platforms were frustrating. And I'm not sure if it’s a bug, but you can spam the hard attack and easily annihilate enemies, lol.
Overall, cool concept with great style. Might’ve been a bit ambitious for the short jam time, but still a solid effort! Congratulations!!
Thank you so much! We're glad you enjoyed it!
Honestly, I'm baffled you could even play on an Xbox controller since we didn't program any controller support as far as we know. I just tested it and yeah it does work... but the mapping is terrible!
125 is an impressive mark, some of the devs couldn’t even make it past 100 but the fact that you did that with a controller is wild lol. Only two team members have made it past 200 points and honestly, they’re deranged and unemployed, hahah
Pretty fun idea! I love these kinds of games where you have to fulfill clients' orders. At first I was going a bit slow, but I found a perfect spot in the middle of the room where you can take orders and reach every object without moving with WASD at all. Oh boy, this turned into an aim trainer so fast, lol.
I don’t know if the game has an end, but I got up to order #40, so I’m assuming it doesn't. I know it's hard to add more content in a short time, but I’d love to see some kind of revenue system, maybe based on cooking time or just a fixed income that accumulates by selling pizzas.
Good job!
Cool game, I really enjoyed it! I understood the idea by round 2 and made it up to round 9. I wasn’t sure if the health bars were duplicated or if that was a stylistic choice but it got a bit confusing at times as I thought the enemies had double the health they actually did.
During one of my runs, the game got stuck on wave 3 after a "Cannon" enemy killed one of the "Unnamed" ones with a tail. It also froze at wave 5 when a plane killed another "Unnamed" with a tail (this happened on two separate runs), and again at wave 9 when a tailed enemy killed a "Hooligan." That was a bit frustrating.
I think it would be great to have the option to go back when selecting a card to add to your deck.
I’m also not sure what the symbols in the top left corner mean. I thought they showed the number of cards I’d receive next turn, but at one point it showed just one square, yet I got like four.
Overall, an awesome, simple, and effective game. Congratulations!
Awesome idea! It was so much fun. If I ever find the streamer’s friend, Manolo, I’m going to make him reimburse all the money I wasted on the games his friend told me to buy.
I loved the pixel art, the sound design and the parody names and descriptions of every game, including Vapor itself. I read every single one of the descriptions, lol
Really enjoyed this one, congratz!
Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed the mechanics. We thought the idea of health doubling as a resource could be interesting. And yes, there is sound, so thanks for pointing that out! Several people tested the Windows version without any audio issues, so it’s odd that it didn’t work on your end. Could you let us know which operating system you were using? That might help us narrow down the problem.
Really appreciate you playing and leaving feedback! :D
I liked it! At first I didn't quite get the tutorial. I had to go back from level 2 to check it again because I didn't realize I could kill the geese, but after that I completed the whole game in one sitting.
Movement without lunging as the frog could get a bit frustrating at times. It felt really slow, and if I accidentally left an enemy alive on the other side of the map, it was kind of anoying to go back or even look for a fly.
I also would’ve appreciated a settings menu to tweak the audio levels since the music felt noticeably louder than the UI sounds in my opinion.
Overall, though, awesome game for a one-day job. Nice work!!
Really nice concept. The controls didn't feel frustrating for me as I'm pretty used to mouse-only games. That said, the difficulty seemed a bit arbitrary at times. Sometimes I died almost inmediately due to a huge swarm of pterosaurus spawning all at once.
Also, it took me a few tries to understand what was going on and where my spikes were. A simple image or short tutorial would be really helpful for first-time players.
I think adding a high score marker of sorts based on survival time, height reached or something similar could be an awesome addition to keep players playing and coming back to beat their high score.

The game is really cute and has a nice cozy vibe, but I couldn't get past Level 3. I restarted the level like 5 or 6 times but the sheep kept getting stuck against blades of grass and not eating them. I anihilated all the wolves tho lol. May come back to this game in a couple of days and try to get past Level 3!

I don't know if I was doing something wrong but I didn't understand how to play the game. Whenever I moved my camera to press the buttons I couldn't see the screen, so I didn't know what the ship was doing. I also didn't understand what the single button below the scanner was for.
I don't know if there is sound but I couldn't hear anything
