Playing against Ultron who has Concussion Blasters active. Based on the Action rules, during Spider-Man's turn, I should be able to Ask Black Panther to take a Hero Action to remove Concussion Blasters. That option isn't available. (Black Panther is readied and has the available energy.)

This bug actually benefits the player. :-)
Looks like, if the target of She-Hulk's attack is already Stunned, SuperHuman Strength doesn't go away after her attack. (I just tested and the card processed correctly on the next attack she made against an unstunned target.)

All this time I've played Marvel Champions, and this is now the second rule that I completely misread and made more games more difficult. You are absolutely correct. "or on an event card they might have in hand" is what I was overlooking. I also assumed that only your hero could defend for other players and not any allied of theirs that are in play
Without knowing how the back-end is coded, I don't know if this would work.
I'm wondering, if for campaign mode, there could be attributes that can be included in the JSON file for the following:
Scenario: Additional starting threat
Scenario: Additional starting hit points
Scenario: Additional cards starting in play
Deck (Hero): Additional hit points
Deck (Hero): Additional cards starting in play
I believe that, for the Rise of the Red Skull campaign, this would allow a user to create/edit JSON files to meet the rules
I wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking anything or if other folks had some tips. I think I understand how I can edit the existing data (making a copy then editing with a text editor). Thanks again for all of the efforts for this project. I own all of Cycles 1 & 2, and the early parts of Cycle 3 (and limit myself to just playing those in this digital implementation).
