Thank you for your bug report regarding card “06006” in version 0.5.9.56.
It appears that the issue you’re experiencing is similar to the one we discussed in this thread: Thor can’t play Lightning Strike.
As a temporary fix, after you play that card and select the targets, please click the Enter key to move to the cost-paying step.

Just chiming in that the suggestion you gave works. It also works with other cards that have the same type of issue/game mechanics
