Very nice game! I really love the ragdolls and character models lol. Like what was mentioned earlier, the water bottle can kill the player so it opens up a sort of exploit. Other than that, my critique was in the color contrast of the game. It was a little bit hard to see things because some things blended in. For example, I lost the garbage bag a handful of times because it'd blend in with the ground.

But, other than that, this game's pretty fun! Nice take on the theme, very very creative, and really nice visuals for the most part. If you see yourself expanding on this game in the future, I'd love to play it more!

Thanks for playing! Your game looks really cool! I'll be sure to check out your game, too!

Here's my submission! It's a little mystery game that I could fit over the entire jam:

I'd love feedback! This is a simple point-and-click mystery game that I could throw together over the last four to five days.

Thanks! It was my first time implementing turn-based combat in Unity so I believe I have a lot more I can add to it.

Thank you! This was my first time creating a turn based RPG like this in Unity as well as creating sprites with a 1 bit palette. It was a wonderful learning experience.

Absolutely amazing game that really took it above and beyond for this game jam. What hooked me in the most is the use of a turn based system and the great use of dithering to give the tunnels texture. The limited ammo, the limited amount of fuel, and even the limited vision are fantastic. I hope you keep making games with this much depth despite it being a small project in the future. My only issue is it was hard to see the ammo boxes and the rest of the objects you could pick up. Otherwise, great work!

I forgot to specify it

but when you collide with the enemies press space and you'll enter the battle sequence. Let me know if that worked!

Hey guys, I'm a indie game developer like the rest of you looking to work with a team to create a game. Unpaid or paid, it doesn't matter to me. When it comes to experience I have more programming experience than pixel art experience however I do know how to create pixel art. Here is my github that showcases some of projects I worked on that was mainly programming work: https://github.com/SengokuNadeko?tab=repositories

If interested, drop your Discord handle and I'll shoot you a DM. Looking forward to working with you!

Thanks so much! I will work to improve this project!

Very creative approach on Flappy Bird! While the browser version's kinda choppy, playing on the Windows version was super smooth. The intro scene was a little confusing because I thought the level wouldn't progress but it looks like I just had to spam the space bar.  Great work!

Thank you so much for trying out the game! I look forward to improving it!

Thanks so much for playing! I'll definitely give yours a go later today!

Great game! That intro screen was absolutely stunning. You nailed that TV-screen aesthetic!

Thank you so much for the feedback! I'll definitely take this into consideration when I continue working on this.

Thanks! I'll definitely keep working on this game to make it even better.

Thank you so much! I'll definitely keep on going!

Thanks for the input! I'll definitely consider making this a full scale project in the future but in a better engine!

Did you try pressing Z on your keyboard? By default, the Z key is the A button on the game boy so it should progress the dialogue.

Thanks for letting me know! I'll fix that issue right now.

Edit: Should be fixed now!

I think it works as long as it sticks to the topic of the game itself: Pokémon

The game looks awesome so far! Keep it up!
