Hiya. No you don't need to have 4 player. If your game only has 2 player then that's in the rules. One person in our discord was asking the same and they're making a 2 player game with w a s d for one player and arrows for the other 🙂.

This is nice. It's fun trying to learn the best combos and cool to see what you create with your cast. The art is really well done and clean which makes it really stand out.

GG to the devs

This is really simple and cute. Getting young people into TTGs and using their imagination. Nice job.

Thanks very much for playing!! =D

I should make a sequel, Custodian: office dash 2 where you have to clean the mess you made in the first one xD

Really cute art style. Game play is a bit difficult as it feels like there is a delay but the theme is really cute and the game loop keeps you playing.

Nice use of the special object (letter) and a good example of the arena wave game. Camera feels too zoomed in to really see what's coming at you and I found myself moving to areas full of the shooting guys. Overall for first timers though it's a good start into game development :D.

Great game mechanic to shoot the letters to make the character jump. You were right to say "it's all about timing".  Overall it's a fun game with a simple design that works really well for it.

Fun little blacksmithing game. Really hard to fill the order within a minute though xD.

Thanks! I hope you found the hidden extra? =P

Really fun take on wave defense as the attacker. A bit of a learning curve but enjoyable.

Cute take on the bullet hell genre. Art style is simple and really nice and game play is challenging but enjoyable.

Graphically this is awesome! The animations are fantastic for a short jam and the music fits really well. I like the character design of this unknown entity in a chicken suit (If I have that right?) and overall I'd love to see more.

That's a fun wave game. mood setting music and simple controls.
It would be nice if the upgrades between waves showed you what they did when hovered over or something but it was a cool idea that I enjoyed playing.

Ty sir!

Nice game with a fast pace.
It can be a bit tricky to place the ingredients on the right site.
A volume or mute button would be a nice touch.
The art style is clean and easy to understand and I like the way the orders come in.
Nice job!

After a lot of failing yes xD. Fun time.

Very addictive game with some well made sprites..
I really liked getting to the wall and realizing I'd missed a button somewhere xD.
The character did feel a little unresponsive but I'm not sure if that's just because it's a web version?
Either way an enjoyable experience to have.

I love the style of the game. It's intense when you see someone in the road and you have to stop then panic that it might be a thief xD. Fun game.

I might add a booster on the spacebar you can use like 2 times? but maybe a bit more speed would help =P

The pixel style is really cool. I was a bit unsure of how to do things but it's easy to pick up after some button bashing xD.

(1 edit)

Some would say this is too realistic. The fact that you can't move lets me know you've sat on chewing gum so yeah, too realistic xD.

you did yes. There is a little guide to the story pieces on the main page so people can see all the story 😃.

Thanks for the well made constructive feedback.
I fully agree with the extracting file thing xD.

Good stop on the spamming sleep. I did set the sleep button to be inactive then active after some time has past but the alarm setting numbers need to reset sooner which I think would get rid of that issue?

I'll be playing about with the game still for a bit of fun so I'll look into a main menu and auto return after the game is done.

I was also worried about having Barry as a character. Might put a warning on the page for those with extreme arachnophobia.

Really nice animations of the character. Combat confused at first but it's a very fun combat game. Timing the swipes is key. That transition animation is great to. Music fits the theme well.

A bit of fun. The spirts are good.

That was fun. The style was very entertaining and the game play was easy to pickup and understand. Great voice acting

Haha thanks very much. I just love napping xD

Too realistic. I can never get my noodles just right xD. Very nice and simple.

Was it after you stop moving? Or was it against the darker stone areas? We had a similar issue in testing to do with movement acceleration but  thought we fixed it 😅.

Love the style and game play. Really easy to pick up and play.

Just downloaded to check but promise it's there =P

This is really cute. Your art direction give it a nice cozy campfire feel especially with the woodland creatures.  I love the use of gibberish for the speech.

the white text of how to continue it's so clear so it took me a second to see that I had to start clicking instead of pressing any key but that's just me.

Overall I live it and although stage three is hard I really like it. GG dude

Hello. A nice and simple game you have here. A good game loop with a clear end goals.  Controls are also easy to grasp.

A health bar would be nice so I know when I might die and I did manage to win the game without seeing the house (log cabin?) on screen. bit odd. But I really like the nice animation at the end. Also the wolves raging is fun xD. GG

This style is really nice. It took a bit of time to figure out what things to do and I can't get the windows closed but that's down to me xD. Also is there music? Again probably my end.

But I love the animation and style of it all and I'll be playing it for a while.

Hello!

This has a good idea behind it and it shows good game loop mechanics in the planning. A few things I found though, the  controls only move the character with the arrow keys. This makes pressing E difficult but maybe it's just me =P.

There's a lot of open areas with no objects to find which makes it feel a bit empty. Also at the end I'm unable to see the mouse to select replay.  Might just need to change controller inputs? The theme seemed a little loose =P.

Best advice I ever got was test, test, test. Get your friends to try it out and you'll be surprised what they can find. Overwise nice going dude you show good understanding of clean model and simple level design. GG

Hello!

Firstly well done for making this. It shows a good beginners understanding of game programming and planning. The game play is easy to understand and pick up.

The restart button doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if this only on PC as I haven't tried it on mobile. Also after moving the projectile there seems to be no way of interacting with it again which makes level 2 impossible. Maybe dedicating it to either PC or mobile will give you a better vision of how you can make it work? One thing at a time as they say.

Test, test, test. Get your mates, family and so on to play it and see if they can find bugs. A fresh pair of eyes is always useful.

However, GG on making this so far dude. Keep up the work, keep working on it and it'll be cool to see you pop up in another Jam.

Sorry dude xD. Please let us know any issues with Total jet down as I'm sure we'd do the same thing haha.

This is cool as heck. I love the retro wave style. Could have been a great game on the game gear. I couldn't get the pause to work though. This games a keeper.

Super creative game play.
