Bought the pack, could we get in trouble for using the ones that are more heavily inspired by things like Kpop Demon Hunters or BOTW or is it safe?

I have fixed the EXP Bug.

Cannot for the life of me figure out why the Melee animation is so broken.

The melee animation is a known bug, I will probably try to fix tonight before the cut off.
Same with the EXP XD.
The bow targets the furthest away but it does do the most single target damage so I hope it still feels strong.

The enemies are supposed to be business robots after Doki.
They are basically original but we wanted big corpos to be the bad guys since they typically suck.

Spear and Egg are both supposed fire horizontal and vertical respectively. I was trying to capture the vibe of the whip in Vampire Survivors.
I really do need to get the exp fixed tho.

As it stands it sort of just puts the collider on and off when it does it attacks, Funnily enough the cracked ground shouldnt be following you at all, that would be a pretty big bug. I basically broke the game down into 4 weapon types, melee, aura, projectile and zone. Melee & Aura are attached to the player where as zone and projectile should be distinct. I dont hate the idea of one of those mmo filling circles tho to tell you when the hit itself is.

I agree, some feedback for dmg taken would be great.
EXP is so strange right now and I thought it was a neat twist on a vampire survivor for sure :)

Its also a even stranger survivor game since your items cycle through your loadout and fire them.

Fair, There are 16 weapons of 4 different types and 4 different status effects types. Tons of variety.

Yea, The exp looking weird is a known but but I do agree would be nice to get some additional data for your weapons. Player feedback on DMG makes tons of sense too.

Your guys pixel art is really solid. I also love the screen shake but I almost wish it was on player being hit rather then when you hit an enemy that way I could tell if I was hit or not. Yalls chonk is horrifying in the best way.

Really fun take on the theme, I do wish that since functionally a rhythm game the music synced up to it a bit better. Really cool concept either way though. 

Im kind of bias but I really enjoyed this. I love puzzle games and this rube goldberg puzzle game reminded be of the fact I wanted to make a rube goldberg tower defense game. Your game has inspired me.

The games vibes are immaculate. Seems safe to assume your a big Dokibird fan.

The arts solid and the cowboy theming is good. I only wish the gameplay had more variety but Im not even sure how you would go about doing that. Maybe like a limited time bonus you could activate so you can just mash all the inputs as fast as possible.

The games solid, Only major concern would be replayablity and the frusteration of the double blue line with red ones coming at you. Perhaps a more drawn out animation from the intial box to trigger would help cause I struggled to track where I was supposed to be in that moment.

There are 16 weapons with level ups, and I think the other dev left there exp debug feature active.
Might be a lil better now, went in and fixed a bug that was making things to hard early.

Gone ahead and made it so the crystals spawn later hopefully that helps.

Are the cystals behaving better in the web one for you?

I have made it web friendly.
My best guess as to the issues others were having was hardware.

Have you tried again and held the jump button to go higher?

Fair enough.
I could probably make them a little smaller but it should work if you hold space to get higher.

Its still 1st build right now but throughout the month Ill polish it more.
Im thinking of adding more sound to the game, fixing up the UI more and adding character/owners to the character game scenes.
If you have other feedback tho let me know.
