For some reason, the game doesn't seem to work.
After a few disclaimers and splashscreens, the game is left with that pixel noise/snow but nothing happens. No menu, no gameplay, nothing. No matter which buttons I push.
Tried to launch it three times, same result.

The point system is bugged, and it doesn't reset as it should, easily softlocking the game as you can't complete it because upon reloading the games doesn't return your points back. Also, you can't complete it if you start a new game with only 20pts because those were the points remaining after beating the game.
Needless to say the -80pts door is pretty much a tease, as in no way you can get to that point with at least 90 points left without cheating. If you could recover points, like by saving the guy on the table, maybe, but you don't.
Half your games in the collection 5 countain frustrating game breaking bugs, please, fix them.
Hi,
I bought the game on steam and it seems very interesting, but it is full of gamebreaking bugs that make it pretty much unplayable.
New game directly put me behind a dumpster, unable to move or to do anything. Then, I loaded the game (instead of hitting new game) as advised in the forums and it actually allowed to get to the room with the ringing phone.
Then, I got to the warehouse and I'm unable to progress: the ladder resets my position in the warehouse and a door makes me fall through the map, just like another user in the steam forums.
Love the aesthetics, love the way the story is presented and the dialogs being on top of the characters and love the simplicity in the gameplay in general. You get just enough time to ask yourself if you are doing what the game is expecting you to do as the mining loop gets a tad repetitive.
Still had a great time.
Nice blend of kirby and brutatlity.
I wasn't able to finish it howerver. After the first boss, I entered the "castle" and after the door at the end of a corridor I was facing a plateform I couldn't reach. The fact that the character does not keep his inertia when jumping and hitting a wall made jumps a little frustrating. I couldn't get used to the controls either.
That said, this game his potential for a full release, hopefully with controller support.
I would suggest the ability to get rid of the keys once they served their purpose. Going back and forth to the storage don't really make sense if they are not of any use anymore. I had a bug where after "reloading" my gun I couldn't fire any bullets (and I couldn't reload again as I got 15 bullets in my magasine), so I died and had to start over.
Also, I have no clue if you participated to the jam in the intent of competing but strayed a way from the theme as it didn't inspired you much, or if you took the opportunity to showcase and get feedback on your project, but it doesn't really matter to me. Your game is shapping up to be great.
Okay, so at first I wasn't sure what to do, until I read in the comments I had to go right. Then after gavering the bb and repair parts, I got stuck again, until..... I understood the box right to the radar was displaying interactable messages that actually advance the story, and then everything went smoothly.
So in my opinion the only "issue" is here: it's not that the game lacks guidance, it just lack a visual clue to show where the guidance is. Maybe if the "Next..." prompt was bigger/bolder and was blinking it would do the trick. An actual "Next" or ">" button maybe with a blinking "led light" to notify and attract attention would be great.
All in all, I had a great time when I knew what to do. 5-5. This is just some ideas to improve the concept after the jam.
Very very nice. Papers,Please mixed with horror elements. My only real gripe is that the computer scrolling in the deliveries menus is sluggish. One mousewheel notch should make the selection go down/up one option.
Also, what is up with the "only drivers with expired licences" being accepted, is it some kind of private joke in Brazil ?
It's not that the footsteps sound is bad or anything, it's that this is typically the sound my system would do if there was an issue with my sound installation (hardware or software), making it very innerving but not for the good reasons (as it takes you out of the experience).
I join what most people said already about the story and bugs, not knowing what you are supposed to do and if some things are intended or not give this game a very hazy feeling that keeps you from feeling truly invested.
It has potential to be a 5-5, but not in this state.
Okay so, this is one of my favorites yet. I was able to get the 1st ending. Just note that I lost a bit of time at the moment I was supposed to follow the machine and find the cave. Maybe if the machine's spot light was aiming at the entrance it would've been easier, let alone making more sense (as it want us to follow it to find said cave).
Nice premise.
The story is intersting and the execution is rather good.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the game after 3 complete tries. I didn't understand how I was supposed to consider the evidences as proof and how I was supposed to tell who was the culprit, aside from their obvious acting. Just add a couple a bugs such as evidence not appearing in the "found evidence menu" after being found or even disappearing from the evidence menu after being presented, and such as the game stopping to respond on the 5th Day or something like that. Bummer.
