fun little game, i wanted to keep adding workers to the heart area, but nothing allowed me to do that might be good to add a way to make that possible? I like where its going tho!

I thought it was a fun little clicker, I think the graphics need a bit of help, and some of the mechanics feel a little buggy. But its playable! And its a nice proof of concept. I think if you love this project and want to keep pursuing it, then its totally worth working on it till finish! Keep it up don't give up even if people are rude lol This is for you in the end.

Incredible as always! Great colors, and the choices felt really good, loved going through the story and getting into weird situations, loved the checkpoint system on this one too!

I think its a bit crazy, that not more people have been able to check this one out! Lots of fun to be had here, I think you have all the programming ability, maybe the header you be a bit more interesting, wished more people would have played this one. Great job!!

That was fun! I thought that the bullet fall off was pretty neat, I was able to shoot enemies from far away, and cleared the whole game with just few hits. Hiding in corners also usually allowed you to shoot at the tanks and they could do very little against you. Solid Entry, I like simple games like these especially for a jam!

I thought it was really fun, I wish I had more choices on how to interact with the enemies, but that's just part of the nature of game jams, if there was a few more ways to attack, an area damage attack, or maybe a way of timing a reload so you can shoot for longer. I think the fact that I wanted more options meant the game was very fun, so good job!

It was a nice polished, simple bullet hell! I think it hit all the marks, I think the strangest thing was that it used an alternate keyboard other than awsd or arrows. Great job!

The game is pretty fun, I love me a tower defense like! I was killed multiple times without knowing that me dying was a lose condition, so at first i was confused if my giant mech had been killed by a single ant xD. Got to wave 8 got killed through a mech I was repairing. It does seem that the attack area for the ants is a bit large. Great job regardless of those minor details.

That was very fun! loved the simple dual character dynamics, and the progression was great! Great Job!

Yeah i think even a comment on your home page of the game would be helpful, for the double jumping. Fun little game tho! : )

Yeah that was wonderful in almost every way! Great job team!!

I got to jump into it, and found it a very pleasant experience! I will say its a good idea to read the appendix before you jump, I think if you are comfy writing stories then you can skip to the sample and then i dint do it cause i had written the story before i really got to them but I think the Bonuses would have been nice to have them higher up in the totem pole of info to use them if you dint have juice flowing in the brain lol.

I also wanted to point out it might have been a good idea to mention to roll all the dice before you start the story and then guide your story in the direction of those prompts, because I just started and then would almost have to retcon things cause i dint have all the themes in mind at the beginning, I noticed in your sample you played it that way. Not sure if you did mention it in the rules explanation but I think it was the way to go. Even though my story came out just fine.

Overall never had tried a journaling ttrpg but thought this one was very fun leans me towards trying more in the future! Nice Job! and so thorough too. 🤣

So simple, and so much fun, loved the story and the inspection mechanic makes for a great short game. Gives me original fnaf vibes. Great Job!

that was pretty fun! i got to like 86 robots killed, I see potential to expand this concept! Good job!

That was so fun! I loved how chill the story felt, it gave me Zelda fetch quests vibes which im a fan of lol and the music made it such a nice experience, felt like i was peering into office life somewhere in the world! What a different vibe from other games I've played, simple short fun experience! : ) The only thing i wish i had was a way of using the keyboard to pick choices, but that's just a little detail, Great Job!

Thank you for checking it out! I really appreciate the feedback!

Incredibly fun game, im a fan of deckbuilders and this immediately hit all those sensibilities. I think the sounds and music are the only thing i would say needs a little adding too. But the rest of the game is very well made and fun. Good job!

Super fun game, havent quite finished it, but I was genuinely laughing at the antics. really liked you could get out of the mech and interract with the world. Well Don!

I played it for a bit and i really enjoyed the look of it, the gameboy style. Its great! solid entry!

The game is incredible! all the work you guys put into is very obvious, the mechs the art style the details, its all great !The only thing for me is that the health pool of almost everything in the game just seems to big, If they just had a bit less health I think the game would feel snappier. Also maybe knowing the enemies health as well would be nice. Over all tho this is the most polish ive seen in a game jam in a while lol Good job!

Super cool! Its obvious you put a ton of work into this, and I think its a fine jam entry. Could see this growing into a whole world on its own, love the color system.

I think it might have needed a bit more information at the beginning, as i was matching the arrows, but nothing was happening until i used my game knowledge you to press spacebar lol, maybe that info is in the description, but i dont always read that when jumping into the game. Solid entry tho, once i figured it out it was fun! and i love the green ranger!! Good job!

Incredible entry! Fun well paced, the mechanic of throwing the weapons reminds me of Breath of the Wild, where it helps you explore all the weapon options cause your constantly having to change in between them, i got to wave 15 but I could easily keep playing! Art, Juice, Music, all great as well! Well Done!

Really nice and simple experience : )

Incredible work! Super fun cute and the puzzles are very fun!

This is Home, it's a short  work in progress top down shooter about reclaiming your planet.

  • Play as 3 different possible units
  • Manage some basic resources to make it to the end of the game
  • The game is 10 levels long

Hope you enjoy!

If you have any comments, find any bugs I would love to hear then as I am continuing development through May.

Thank you!

Very interesting concept kind of wish the digging was a little faster, i thought the idea of it taking time is interesting but the pacing of the game just seems like it would be more fun to just have immediate hole digging xD lighting and atmosphere were a nice touch!

This is super cool loved all the art and the systems were pretty fun super solid entry! : )

Thanks for playing! : ) I had a lot of fun with those, I always wish my game art and my title art looked more similar, but im always working towards that!

There was a bug that made that level waaaay to hard i fixed and everything should be good now! there is some original art at the end that turned out pretty cool, so if you want that level should be easier and there should be one more level after and that is all : ) Thanks for playing!

The little frogs were super cute characters! I would love to see more amphibian sprites! : ) I feel like multiplayer and fighting games are super ambitious, so im looking forward to see whats next for you!

Thank you for playing! : )

oooooh! lots of good points here, Im going to try to improve some of those systems to have a more final polished product, I think alot of your points could bring the game up to a more finished state, thanks for taking the time to play it and give me such a good write up!

Thanks for playing, yeah i need to work on making some of those collisions more understandable, thanks for comment!

Very cool game! Really liked the color pops of red in the grey world, would have loved to have a way gaining health back, and also i was not to sure what end game was. But this was a great jam entry!

That was crazy good! Only thing I wish was better would be the way the sword swings and the hitboxes, sometimes i couldn't see the arrow that was killing me. So cool tho!

That was great! Enjoyed the nice short adventure, also loved the colors and honestly the mechanics were simple and fun to play with, the enemies with the arrows telling you attack patterns were pretty cool, I love literal imagery. Nice entry!

That was pretty fun, it really made me go back to the NES era, Ninja Gaiden came to mind, I really liked a lot of what was going on the game, but I sorta felt out of control at times, my attack seemed slow, and there were certain situations I dint feel like I could get out of it without getting damaged. I think tweaking a bit of the physics and the characters attacks and you would end up with a sharper game, but that's just opinions lol. Great entry!

Pretty interesting game, I really like the idea of going to kill creatures and then cooking them through some mini games, I ran into a few bugs, could not cook salad (it would freeze the game), and also death sent me to kitchen, but i was also stuck after that point. Fixing some of those bugs might make the experience better, but I think its already a successful jam game!

Thank you for playing, and for giving such a thorough review I really appreciate that! I think a lot of comments are super valid, I need to rework some of the koku rewards vs prices, and also I 100% need to add more animations throughout! Im hoping I can polish it a bit and leave it at a state that im proud of. Thanks again for the constructive criticism! : )
