when i type in just "crypt" or "dungeon crawler" it does not show up.

Thanks for the quick reply.

My page has a zip file on it now, so why is it still not being indexed?

thanks
Greg

all my games are semi educational, but yeah i should do that too

ok fixed, can u pls confirm I did not make any mistakes?
I read the guide but im a noob
i plan to put more games here so hopefully I got it right :)

Hello! My name is Greg.  I have been a server and network admin for over 30 years and have been involved in helping others host their web sites and games, including sites like chess.com and cases ladder

I just put my Crypt game on here.  I loved nethack and built my own version with some really cool easter eggs :)

My web site with some other games I am building can be found here:    cogg.com

Greetings to all my fellow game friends :)

Its been a month and still no response, what am i missing?

Hi - Any update on this?
Thanks

Thanks, and sorry for jumping the gun, I'll let it sit for several days as you suggest. One question separate from timing, whenever you have a moment: is a link-out page with no uploaded files eligible to be indexed at all? If that type of page can't be, I'd rather know now and stop waiting.

Appreciate the help either way.

I've read the Getting Indexed guide and the pinned search and indexing FAQ, and I still have a question.

My project: https://cogg-games.itch.io/crypt-dungeon-crawler

It's been about a day and it doesn't appear in search, even by full title. I believe it should be eligible: it's Public, not in Draft, not set to "Unlisted in search & browse" or "Disable new downloads & purchases," and it has a cover, a full description, tags, and a genre.

The thing I want to be upfront about: the game runs on my own website, so this is a link-out page with no uploaded files (it needs a login and backend that won't work in an itch embed). My question is whether a link-out page with no files can be indexed at all. If yes, could a moderator review it? If no, I'd appreciate knowing directly so I stop waiting. Thank you.
