Thanks! Unfortunately, I am not able to readily test on macOS. I think ACB games was running it on a mac when he streamed it, not sure what he did but looked like he renamed it. It's  something I am aware of now, so will pay more attention to in the future though. 

Took me a little while to figure out what's going on, but it's a pretty cool, simple mechanic. Would be cool to play against someone on split screen. The music fits the experience nicely. Hope you continue to work on it.

Nice calming atmosphere. Got a bit glitchy when, at times, it stopped devouring the balls i was in contact with.   

This has good gameplay and is satisfying to destroy the towers. As noted below, the difficulty does ramp up too quick.

The growth visibility is an issue, I have some ideas to experiment with. That's a good idea to use the mouse for the orb. I hadn't thought about that, I'll play with that idea too, thank you.

You have done the paper effect well and the gameplay is nice. Music fits in well too. Just the growth theme is missing but i see you have explained that below. Good job.

Nice atmosphere you have created. A minimap would be helpful though.

Promising start to something good. Hopefully it is still being worked on? Not sure where the growth theme comes in though, did I miss it?

This was fun but I found the required precision for the jumps a bit frustrating. Nice innovation with the grow / shrink mechanic though.

Simple but fun. Love the music and also got a few laughs out of me!

Looks good and has promised. Hope you keep working on it, would be interesting to see a working version.

Not much to the gameplay. Graphics and music are nice though.

This looks to be promising. Its a pity you didnt get it playable for the jam. But it looks like it will be a lot of fun.

nice concept but the 2nd level runs too slow

Quite basic gameplay. Would be pretty cool if you had to return to the nest with the bugs to grow the chicks until they fly off from the nest. Just a suggestion though.

Thanks, valuable feedback! I need to play around more with the visuals. I have some ideas for improvements that I did not have time to implement, but this highlights the importance for it.

I was fighting with the aesthetics vs practicalities for a bit. Clearly, it needs further work. I found that when i tested on my laptop screen the bullets were less visible than on the my dev PC. 

That error on the console slipped past me. Thanks for pointing that out and thanks for the feedback.

Woh, you must be super dexterous haha! Glad that it worked for you though.

The charge does not deplete with fire but it takes quite a lot to charge. This was by design to make it more challenging. The orb does stop growing at a point so that it does not get too big. However this does highlight that i need some extra feedback to tell the player it is still charging. You should still see your fire rate increase but perhaps I should add something more obvious or reduce the amount of charge required.

Yeah, R-Type is defo an influence, as is Wizball for the C64. I had several ideas and mechanisms for the orb that I was not able to incorporate yet. I am not finished with it yet, so will be experimenting with it more.

took a while to figure out what to do.  Was pretty addictive but seemed to be stuck in a stalemate.

cant play as the .pck file is missing. 

Cant see how to grow to get the fruits.

Nice gameplay concept. A bit more firepower would make it more fun.

Nice puzzle elements for the grow mechanic. Very innovative and nicely polished.

Reminds me of Horace goes skiing

Nicely polished casual game.  As I'm slightly colour blind, I have trouble mixing up the orange (at least i think it is orange) and the red and sometimes the green. Changing it to something like yellow would help people like me,
