I installed my graphics drivers and now work.

:O

Seems the tool got some update that make it always get stuck on loading.

Ah, gotcha.

I think some better visibility or some label that tells such option would be great.

It's not obvious such option exist.

Hi, I think it would be cool if in the project options, some adult content landing page, similar to how some adult sex sites, warn the user the site is a porn site and that you should only enter if you're like ok with that.

It would be cool if on the project options, there was an adult content warning, maybe diferent warnings, if the game contains, gore, too much violence, porn or political incorrect mature assets or something.

Would also a simple check to check if the user is from a country where the content is not allowed, to display some warning or something.

Also, it would help to like set your project to be marked as adult and being like hidden to people without the direct URL or having loggin to an account with NSFW allowed in their account options.

Would be a nice idea.

Game is open sourced.

Honestly, this app was a nice pleasant surprise.

There's not much beyond making isometric 2D sprites, but does the job pretty well, app doesnt crash and is easy to use.

I wasnt expecting a lot, but seems good enough to make placeholder art for my games.

:D

App randomly crashes on my Windows 10 x64 (Vega 8)

Hi, I think this tool is missing the rest of greek modes beyond major and minor, since they are fundamental to compose music.

Also, it would be a nice touch to help people without music education using the tool if there was an emoji like a happy emoji for the major and sad emoji for the minor, next to the scale/mode title/cathegory.

:)

Hi, I just bought 1bitdragon, and I have a request that would make this even much more easier to use for non musicians.

Basically It would be some kind of input mode, to use a MIDI keyboard, but with a special mode input for non musicians / noobs.

Basically you would have a single octave (could be C4 octave) where you input normal keys, another octave (C3) to play using the white notes just chords, but they will be rather than a fixed chord, the root key of the chord will be based on the roman numeral of it.

So if you select the C major, all the white notes will be the C major chords, but if you change, lets say to G minor, then the white notes will play the G minor scale, starting from C key but as G minor root notes remapped.

(basically the black notes will be used to switch between major, minor, aum, dism of the white chord notes).

So, basically you only need to learn to play the white notes, then switch your scale and you wont need to learn a new ordering of the keys, you will play the same, but on a diferent scale.

Also, my idea for a noob input mode is to have another octave to select the root key of the scale and another octave to select a diferent mode than major/minor, this will change the notes of the chord and melody notes, so you will switch between C major and G mixolydian, easily, but you'll only have to learn to play a single scale (using only the white notes, starting from C4).

This is basically an special input mode for noob piano players.

Sorry for not replying.

But in any case, there's not much to do beyond catching apples. The point of the game is to play with the screen black.

Thanks.

:)

I know I'm requesting a lot, but I hope the dev likes my ideas so the tool can be super great.

Another idea I have to realy improve the "pixel art" thing, since I'm mostly an artist, would be something like a grid, similar to a Lattice modifier in blender or just Warp (I think is called warp in photoshop).

The point would be that a basic grid of vertex points could be used to make some feature, like the head or eye, bigger on really low resolutions when downscaling, like increasing the density/importance for the algorithm to keep details.

It's an issue I see right now with pixel over, that when you downscale, some details like eyes just get downscaled too much, when they should become bigger proportionally when downscaling (as a real pixel artists would do).

This would allow to make the head bigger and eyes bigger into some chibi SD anime character, which would allow to easily make 32x32 or 64x64 sprites with no issue. (Most algorithms to downscale simply keep everything proportional, when a real human would simply make the head bigger and the eyes bigger when downscaling).

Another way to do this, now that I think off, instead of a grid, would be simply to make a rectangular selection (you could make multiple "selections") to transform a detail in the drawing to become bigger (by example, two "selections" of each eye and some hair bangs) when downscaling to 32x32.

PixelOver community » Request · Created a new topic Line Art Feature

It would be nice if there was a lineart clean up feature from a 2D sketch.

You could use something similar to aseprite smart trace algorithm to create cleaned up pixel art strokes.

It could be something like using some kind of detect edge algorithm and then simply collapse the width of the strokes until there's 1 pixel stroke. (basically use the high res picture to create vector lines used to redraw the smaller resolution picture using a single 1 px stroke).

Hi, I just bought PixelOver and I'm happy with it.

However, I do plan on using it for making pixel art animations for my games, but I can't find an option to export my multiple layers as diferent png or an  animated GIF.

Being able to export and preview an entire animation would make this software so great.

:)

I enjoyed this game, It has potential.

My installer on my link should work.

If it doesn't work, try to search in google for other RTP of rpg maker 2003.

I just bought this.

:)

Needs to have some way of me being able to draw my own custom shapes, would make this a really powerful character editor if I could customize the character with my own custom shapes.

It's a collection of default assets rpg maker uses that the engine comes with, they're kind of the default assets every rpg maker game will tend to have.

It's a good idea to install the RTP if you wanna play rpg maker games.

There's one for every engine (2k3, XP, VX, etc).

It would require a huge workload because MIDI are closer to 180 instruments, besides having a keyboard is much nicer visually than not doing nothing in some instruments (like a flute).

It's much simpler and cheaper to make having a single keyboard for all the instruments.

Sorry to reply months later, but It seems you lack the RTP installed.

Those can't find errors means you lack the RTP.

Hi, I just finished a sort of MIDI Player inspired by the bongo cat meme.

https://ca3studio.itch.io/bongo-dog-midi-player

It's just a MIDI player but I think is a nice way to see how music plays, is also kind of fun to see the little shiba inus playing your music.

In any case, thanks to whoever want to try it. :)

Here's an earlier version with the bongo cat meme (I removed the cat due to copyright).
