would it be possible to put a warning or notice then somewhere on the "how to" portion of the KS page to give people a heads up? It's a understandable situation but it would easier to handle if it was expected. Thanks for the help getting it resolved!

I'm trying to fulfill a KS and used the built in tools to import a backer list. When I attempted to email the keys I received a prompt saying i need admin approval. I submitted a support request and its been 6 days without any update. Does anyone know how long this process takes? Is it documented anywhere like "please request approval 1-week before sending emails" ? As it is it's pretty disruptive to timelines.
