Thanks a lot my friend, really glad you enjoyed it. As Iโ€™ve mentioned below, that feature will definitely be added along with plenty of other awesome stuff :P

Thank you so much for taking the time to really dive into my game and leave such detailed and helpful feedback

Yes, I truly enjoyed working on this game. It was actually my first time trying the bullet hell genre, but I had wanted to create something like this for a while and the jam felt like the perfect opportunity to finally go for it

Everything you pointed out (and thanks again for that) has been added to my to-do list, along with some other feedback from the comments below. Updates will definitely come

Also, as Iโ€™ve mentioned in a few other comments, I plan to turn this little game into a much bigger project and I really hope youโ€™ll be around to see how it evolves

Thanks again and happy gamedev to you my friend

Thnx a lot โค๏ธ

Nice retro art style and sound effects , overall a great vibe. Good job, my friend!

OMG hahahaahahah this was hilariously funny , I really enjoyed it, my friend, thank you! Iโ€™m pretty sure Iโ€™ll be hearing it in my dreams tonight: mi mi mi mi me mi!

Nice vibe, beautiful art and sounds, and I really liked the movement of the plane as you moved left and right. Good effort, my friend!

Funny, solid art and music, and I really liked the idea with the flower and using the petals as bullets  nice effort my friend!

Super funny and ADDICTIVE little game! After 5 tries, I finally beat it , bought everything, and my finger got tired from spamming the left click! ๐Ÿ˜„ Really great effort, congratulations , I had a lot of fun!
The only bug I noticed was that sometimes the ball wouldnโ€™t stay perfectly aligned with the player, but it didnโ€™t really affect the gameplay.

Simple and well-structured for its genre. I really liked the idea with the cloud and the player's color.
I found it a bit difficult and faster than I expected, but of course, thatโ€™s just my personal opinion. I also felt like the colliders were a bit too large compared to the space you have to dodge enemy bullets.
That said, well done , good effort!

I really liked the idea that instead of dodging enemy bullets, you have to collect them and then fire them back at your enemies , very clever! The sound effects were solid, and I think you handled the choice to go without traditional graphics nicely by using Unityโ€™s post-processing effects. Overall, I found the whole concept quite interesting. One suggestion Iโ€™d make is to maybe add a mechanic where you take damage if you donโ€™t collect bullets, just to give the gameplay a bit more weight. Solid effort!

Thank you so much for your kind words and  happy gamedev, my friend!

Yes, Iโ€™ll definitely add that after the first hit you take ,thank you for playing it and Iโ€™m really glad you enjoyed it!

Iโ€™m glad you managed to finish it  it actually took me way longer even though I made it! Thank you so much for your kind words, and Iโ€™m really happy you enjoyed it. Best of luck to you, my friend!

It was a very unique and creative concept — the way you used the card mechanic in a completely different way compared to traditional card games really stood out. I think trying to integrate it into a bullet hell with roguelite elements was a great idea. I really liked the different combinations each card offered, and I found the triangle system quite interesting. The music also fit well and pulled me into the game's vibe. Overall, it felt like a solid and honest effort. Congrats, and good luck with your game dev journey, my friend!

Thank you so much for your kind words!

Yes, the reroll feature along with many other improvements  is definitely planned for future updates, as Iโ€™m aiming to turn this into a much bigger project for a full Steam release. So stay tuned, and all the best to you, my friend!

Thank you so much , Iโ€™m really glad you enjoyed it!

Overall, I really loved the unique approach you took for a game jam like this , it truly stood out. Even though I had a bit of trouble understanding it at first, I ended up having a lot of fun playing your game, especially seeing everything happening at once , it was pure chaos in the best way.
Wishing you all the best and happy game dev, my friend!

I really liked the minimap and the room design , the dungeon concept definitely comes through in the vibe of the game. The chests, the shop, even the upgrades on the right all tie in nicely. I found it a bit hard to understand how to get a weapon at first, but overall it was fun and straight to the point.
Keep it up and happy game dev, my friend!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback!

Yes, that was exactly the idea , to let players spam their upgrades if they have the bits, and I really appreciate that you understood their importance and took the time to dive into my game and enjoy it

There are definitely a few small issues with the UI and buttons that I absolutely plan to fix, and Iโ€™m grateful for your suggestions.
All the best and happy game dev, my friend!

Yes, all those small things will be implemented soon ,thank you for pointing them out and for having fun with the game!

Yeah, as I mentioned in earlier comments, from Stage 3 and onward, things definitely get less forgiving , especially if the player doesnโ€™t have a good item to help out. It takes a bit of time to figure out what works best for your playstyle.
That said, Iโ€™m planning some major updates after the jam, and I really appreciate you playing it and enjoying it.
Take care and all the best, my dude!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback , Iโ€™m really happy to hear that you had fun with my game!
Yeah, from level 3 onwards things definitely get a lot tougher, and if you donโ€™t have strong items, it can be pretty unforgiving. As I mentioned in some of the other comments, Iโ€™m planning some major updates for the game after the jam, and many of your suggestions will definitely be taken into account.
Thanks again, and all the best to you, my friend!

Actually, I totally cleared the Sane level — I destroyed the bunny with my scores!
Level Score: 82,370
Total Score: 82,780
That was insane — those bullets were fast!!!!!!!!!

I honestly laughed so much at the scream, and I really liked the comments on the sides , great touch! Really good effort overall, and the bullet patterns were excellent. I was just terrible at it and couldnโ€™t manage to get through everything ๐Ÿ˜…. Great work, and good luck in the game jam!

You're welcome, my friend!
ฮšeep it up and happy game dev!

Yeah, I kind of got it  and the reason I liked it and laughed is because Iโ€™ve done something similar for my YouTube intro! If you see it, youโ€™ll know exactly what I mean. Good luck in the game jam!

The sounds are so funny , I loved them!

Overall, a very good effort! Nice design and cool patterns for the spaceships. I also really liked the idea of the space anomalies. Just a few suggestions for a future update: making the boss a bit harder and adding some power-ups would be an awesome idea. But overall, congratulations ,great work!

OMG it was really funny and honestly super hard and frustrating , but that was clearly the point of the game! Great job overall, well done!

Really great work on the design of the boss fights , the bullet patterns were excellent! Overall, itโ€™s a challenging game, but fair. If you sit down and play it properly and get a good grasp of the dodge system, it all comes together really well. For a game jam, I think itโ€™s one of the best Iโ€™ve played. Congrats and good luck, my friend!

I really like the direction you took with the Cuphead-style design , honestly, I think youโ€™ve done a solid job so far. Well done!

Very nice, funny, and charming design! The game's vibe, along with the music and the old PC-style design, all fit together really well. The only thing is, I found it a bit hard to understand what exactly I was supposed to do. Still, great job!

Overall, I think itโ€™s a really good approach with fun  gameplay. Nice work on the power-ups! As others mentioned, the idea of letting the player attack could be a good addition , but at the end of the day, itโ€™s your vision as the developer, and you made that choice. Still, great effort and good luck in the game jam!

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank all of you for your valuable feedback and for taking the time to play my game so far.

After the conclusion of the game jam, this project will receive significant updates. My goal is to turn it into a much larger project and eventually release it on Steam. Several improvements are already planned for development right after the jam ends , one of the first being the option to reduce or completely disable the CRT effect, as many of you mentioned it was visually straining.

In general, I plan to improve many aspects of the game. Naturally, I didnโ€™t have enough time during the jam to implement everything I personally wanted , let alone all the great suggestions youโ€™ve shared. But I truly have some exciting features and ideas in mind, and Iโ€™m looking forward to bringing them to life in future updates.

Hey! Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback and for giving the game a try!

I really appreciate the kind words on the visuals and sound ,that kind of encouragement really helps.

As for the roguelike scaling  itโ€™s definitely a tricky balance, and opinions on that can vary a lot depending on playstyle.

Interestingly, quite a few players actually told me the game felt a bit on the easier side, and that they didnโ€™t even need much help from the power-ups.

So during the jam, it was honestly a tough call , I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how far to push progression without making it frustrating. Itโ€™s something Iโ€™ll keep refining, and Iโ€™m strongly considering adding a difficulty option in a future update.

Also, I totally hear you on the VFX , Iโ€™ll be adding a toggle or low-VFX mode for those who prefer a cleaner screen.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback ,glad to hear you enjoyed it overall!

Great work from every perspective , congratulations!

I really liked the bullet hell idea you implemented in the game!

Yes, those are definitely on my priority list , both the reroll and smoother UI transitions. Thank you so much for your kind words! ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŽฎโœจ
