Saw this in the jam discord after ratings got posted and wanted to say how much I loved it. So much polish here, I loved the sound design and all the animations on my little guys. The "welcome to the new generation" track in particular has been stuck in my head as I write this, an official release of the soundtrack would go so hard
Never would have thought that a bullethell fusion of Agar.io and Punch-Out could have ever worked but you have struck such an interesting balance here I cannot help but be impressed. Only critique I would say is that no matter what I feel like I can never dodge the Power Dudes' attacks, but maybe I just need to get good lol. Really nice work!
Was not expecting this game to have an ending, much less an atmospheric and serene one lol. Loved the fact that the jumbotron gives you two perspectives to balance between, and the Wii Sports influence in general is delightful. Really nice work!
This is such a novel concept for a racing control scheme I'm kinda shocked I haven't seen anyone try anything like it before. Really great take on the theme, loved it!
Took me a minute to get the controls but I LOVE this take on the theme, such a novel concept! The music and effects when you're going super fast are so amusing, I had a great time with this one
Even though I suck at this game (appropriately) it is a very good time. I really like that all the pieces of trash have hitboxes that you have to contend with even when they're tiny, it adds to the chaos when I'm frantically trying to avoid my power hitting 0 and die cause I foolishly drove into a dust bunny I wasn't looking out for
Yeah I wanted to add a mashing minigame for the microphone but barely didn’t have time to add it in before the deadline lol. I might update the game and add it in just for fun later on. Glad you enjoyed it anyways, appreciate the kind words!
My jam idea was very similar to this but I ended up going in a simpler direction due to time so I am particularly impressed with what you did here lol. I like that all the objects have physics, it really lends itself well to the chaos of the whole ordeal
Super fun to jump between the tops of the trucks and blast them away while also trying to do stuff inside the vehicle. With some tuning I would totally play a full release of this!
Controls are hard to get without a tutorial but once you do this is a very fun tactics game. The character art also makes the whole thing super charming
I got stuck in the eating animation on level 2 and couldn't move but that's how I noticed the frog's tongue is a plug which is pretty cool so I'm not too mad about it actually
