Thanks so much for the detailed feedback! I’ll definitely keep your points in mind for improvements. Really appreciate it!

Wow, thanks a lot! Super happy you enjoyed it, and level 15 is impressive! 😄🎉

Wow! The art and animations are super cute and really well done.
I protect my garden as my owners demand it! 😅
And I have fun doing it as my owners demand it! 😅
unfortunately at some point it became harder, so I sadly failed my duty to protect the garden 🥺

The only thing I wish for is a way to remove the Xs somehow, so I could play longer.
And a suggestion that might make the game even more joyful if you decide to develop it further: flowers could give points the longer they survive (kind of like Plants vs Zombies). Those points could then be spent on upgrades like faster robot speed, a bigger shield, etc. And as you survive longer, the climate could become harsher with new storm types like tornadoes or heavy rain that floods the garden.

This is just a suggestion though. Overall, I think your game is very creative and underrated in this jam. More people should have played and rated it.

Keep up the great work!

Hey, thanks for playing and for taking the time to write such a detailed comment!

You’re absolutely right about the third rule. I didn’t explain it clearly enough. What I meant by “Each pot shape can hold only one seed” is that there should be exactly one seed per pot type, not multiple. I realize now that the wording was confusing, so that one’s on me.

As for the roguelite aspect, I explained my reasoning in a previous comment, but it seems it didn’t land well with some players, so that’s also on me, oops!

This is only the second game I’ve ever made, and I was so focused (and stressed!) on getting the coding and functionality to work that I wasn’t able to polish the experience as much as I’d like.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback, I really appreciate it!

That was an interesting game! Match-3 games are always fun.
And I think I ran into a small bug where some items stacked on top of each other and stopped merging:

Overall, I still had a good time playing, keep it up!

Wow, I really enjoyed your game! This is the one I spent the most time playing in this jam.It actually reminded me a bit of While 1 , one of the winners of GMTK Game Jam 2025, but surprisingly I found your game even more entertaining!

I loved the attention to detail, like how the game slows down when you lose a heart, or how the big bugs eventually give up and go away after chasing you for a while. The menu screen was also very well made.
And it took me a while to beat the 1st rank 😄

I think I noticed a small bug in the ranking menu: it doesn’t overwrite the previous entry and keeps adding new ones, so now my name shows up multiple times on the board.

The only feature I really wished for was a separate control for sound effects and background music. I like putting on my own music while playing, but I’d still love to keep the in-game effects like collecting flowers or losing a heart.

Overall, it’s a really good game. Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much for playing and for taking the time to leave a comment. I really appreciate it.

The roguelite elements were added mainly for two reasons: to make something fresh instead of just another sudoku clone, and to try to make the game more fun and replayable. It’s a bit sad to hear it had the opposite effect for you 😅

And yes, the levels are all handcrafted, there are 30 in total. Since the game was made in just 7 days, I didn’t have time to polish and fine-tune everything as much as I’d like. Definitely lots I’d love to improve or rethink in the future.

Your feedback is super helpful, so thanks again for sharing it!

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed answer and even sharing links! I really appreciate it. I actually learned a lot from your explanation. Cheers, and congrats again on making such a great game!

Interesting! May I ask what browser you're using?

I really enjoyed this one! The level design is awesome, and the sound design fits perfectly. The core mechanic and the rush of having to reach a flower before time runs out are really well implemented.

I could definitely see this as one of the strong contenders for the win. One thing I think would suit the game well is a hard mode where you don’t respawn and have to restart from the beginning. I’m not a hardcore player myself, but I could see that being very appealing for speedrunners or even streamers.

Aaaarrgghh, stop munching on my crops, you demons! 😄
I really tried to reach 1000 score, but I failed.
By the way, the art and music are really well done.

Interesting game! It reminded me of the mobile game "No Humanity - The Hardest Game". The music is fire and fits really well!
Here’s my high score on hard mode:

The game feels really smooth and well made. I love that orb-like camera effect, it makes the game so much more appealing! May I ask what that effect is called?

This was really fun to play! The art style is super cute and the concept is great.

I got a high score of 06:24, not sure if that’s good or way too low 😅
Now I’m curious, what’s the devs’ own high score?

Okay, I literally jumped out of my seat the first time the monster appeared out of nowhere and started chasing me, I wasn’t ready for a jump scare 😂

But eventually I befriended him, he’s just a little grumpy lonely dude 😄

The only things I couldn’t figure out were how to reach the orbs on the wall and the tower, and what the flowers are for.

By the way, this is the first 3D game I’ve played in the jam, and it’s really nice! The shaders look great too.

Very interesting little puzzle game! I couldn’t get past level 8, it’s really tough, or maybe I’m just not that smart 😅

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I get what you mean about the health system. I added it to make the game a bit more challenging, so you’d think more strategically when selecting an item. But I guess there could be better ways to add some spice.

I've had fun playing this puzzle game. The controls, especially being able to navigate the grid and rotate the blocks using only the keyboard, were really well thought out. The only thing I wish for is some kind of level system so I could keep track of how many puzzles I’ve completed.

Thanks a lot! Glad you had fun, and I’ll try to improve the unclear spots in the game.

Thanks a lot! I’m really glad you enjoyed it

Thank you! You’re absolutely right, I also felt the shapes on the pots were a bit hard to distinguish. Funny enough, it never really occurred to me to just fill them in 😅 I definitely should have done that!

This is such a unique take on the jam’s theme, big plus for creativity! The art is absolutely stunning and the animations are super smooth and well done, honestly just too good 🤩

I love the attention to detail. The way the cards rotate and turn into speech bubbles is really clever, and the way they float back into the deck is so satisfying. I’d actually love to know how you coded and implemented that 🤔

The only issue I had was that on my screen the text on the cards felt very small and hard to read.

Overall, this feels like a strong contender for the jam. Huge kudos to the dev team!

I really enjoyed this game and only wish it were longer! The art is beautiful, the music is fantastic, and the fact that you made it yourself makes it a full score from me.

The only thing I didn’t like much was the font. It looks great for the title, but in the other parts, it’s not really readable at all.

By the way, may I ask what software you used to create the music?

Thank you for the kind words and feedback! This was actually my first game, and I don’t really enjoy it enough to keep working on it. It just doesn’t feel that fun to me.
But I’m definitely planning to make a proper phone game once I’ve built up more skills!
And yeah, the SFX toggle doesn’t work. I wasn’t sure how to code that yet, so I just left it blank. 😅

Really enjoyed this one. Definitely one of the highlights of the jam for me.

The artwork is so cute, I love it! 🤩

I've seen a few puzzle games like this in the jam, but this one is by far the best implementation. The levels are simple yet really enjoyable, and the visuals are just adorable! 😍

This was really fun to play. I made it to lap 13! 🏎️🏁
The first time the blue car showed up behind me, I panicked and thought it would chase me down, so I started spamming the spacebar like crazy 😄

Great take on the theme! 🔥

So size does matter! 😅 I really love the roguelike style. This is definitely something I’d play more of if it gets further polished. Great work!

This definitely gets a full score for creativity and narrative!

I really like the concept of this game. It has great potential if you continue developing and polishing it.

The first time I played, I didn’t read the tutorial and just used the keyboard. There was a plus sign in a circle at the center of the screen, and I thought I was supposed to protect it or that it might give extra points if I connected to it. Later, after reading the "How to Play" section, I realized it was actually the mouse pointer 😅

That said, this could actually be an interesting mechanic. adding special blocks that grant bonus points or need to be protected in some way.

I also think it would be awesome if you leaned into a roguelike style, with power-ups or upgrades unlocked after reaching certain milestones. Even something like a new color theme every few levels, kinda like This game

It could help to keep the experience feeling fresh.

This seems simple, but it’s really fun to play!
I love the minimal 1-bit art style,
and roguelikes are always addictive anyway.

I wasn’t a fan of using the Z key for dashing. it's a bit awkward when playing with WASD.
Also, the music wasn’t quite my cup of tea.

But overall, I give it 10 cool hats 🎩 out of 11 cool boots! 🥾
