they call me the stamp champ

i ran into an issue where the instructional text would get stuck on the screen and block the view, so i had to find an optimal route to beat the game without using any food. it took me like 5 runs to finally find that green key, but it felt very rewarding when i finally won!

played through this with a friend. it kinda felt like the kind of game that would have multiple endings, but we could only seem to trigger the one

still had fun experimenting with different ways to make things happen though

played through this with a friend and had a lot of fun. we were kinda getting "keep talking and nobody explodes" vibes from the manual. it took us at least like 5 tries to beat 😭 the AI voice acting was very silly

thanks for the kind words! the stretching hall is very basic, literally just animating the scale of the whole level haha. could probably be done much better

yes! I upload all of my stream vids to this channel :)

score of 279, I lost LUL

I finished my (your?) game

did i do it right?

oh no! maybe they just decided to be friends :')

I probably should've made the wall finally close up all the way

cool tower defense! I liked the chameleon creeps, those were really interesting

it was a bit unclear when i started the game what path enemies were going to take. it would be nice if hovering over a creep type on the sidebar showed the path they intended to take.

I also kinda wish it didn't deselect the unit type every time i placed something, but maybe I just need to get used to the hotkeys

also love the name lol

this is a really cool game concept! i particularly like the balancing act of choosing how much money to use per attack. I think you could push this even further; give me some way (mouse wheel?) to control my money-per-attack mid round

I also would really like to see an auto-collect feature at the end of the rounds; I think it's one of the most satisfying moments in these types of games, and it feels like it's just an artificial buff to the magnet upgrades

also I love the way the character moves haha. this game was a lot of fun, thank you!

sorry it took so long to review; i've been reading the scroll text for about 4 days now

i loved the music in this game, and how well it was coordinated with what was going on at the time. the intro music really set a nice tone, and it made me not want to skip the scroll text

i ended up running out of fuel really fast; i think i needed to prioritize upgrades, but I tried instead to prioritize fixing/fueling my ship (which left me with not much treasure for upgrades)

I liked this game!

  • i immediately took a wrong turn and pulled the big slime, which was a fun 'oh no i've made a mistake' moment
  • the boats going by on the menu is a cute touch
  • the end screen was really nice

one thing that could use some improvement; the way the trees are laid out, it feels like there's a lot of areas that are really close to being able to walk through, but I can't. from a level design perspective, it's useful to make it super obvious at a glance whether or not the player can go that way.

nice work!

oh no! it looks like there was a race condition where if you pressed E during the cutscene, you'd get stuck talking to the bird :(

I uploaded a fix, thanks for letting me know about it

wow that was addicting

took me 12 attempts to beat on normal

i think the pro strat is to max social media marketing first

hi, thanks for trying our game! after you complete each mini-game, a little 'X' button should appear in the top right corner of the window

this was really fun! I particularly liked the visuals, and the animation when you lose is top notch (but not too long to where it gets annoying)

I had some trouble getting started - my first playthrough or two I couldn't find any weapons, and wasn't super sure what to do. I think adding some tutorial elements at the beginning would really pull this together

I like the concept of this a lot!

I think you should add some sort of penalty mechanic for pressing the wrong key, because I was able to cheese it a bit by just spamming all of the letters and pretty much play forever. Would also help reinforce learning if that's the goal! nice work :)

I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to place the towers, and even once I did it seemed like maybe the game was having some mouse input issues; I think I managed to get it working by going fullscreen.

I liked the voice lines and the visuals of the game, was very cute

thanks! can I ask what resolution your monitor is?
