A game jam game and a thesis!? To have put this together with that going on is really impressive. Keen to see how the game turns out!

Thanks so much for the in-depth review!
Yeah we were super stoked to have Daver the Dave do the soundtrack so thank you for noticing how good it is.
Balancing audio is important for me as it gets so annoying when playtesting haha
Coco did a great job with the art and getting those tells across!
This is my first project using MZ3D so my map-making definitely needs some work. I would have liked more landmarks or using sprites to identify the rooms better.
For the mouse control I wasn't sure how to change the default sensitivity so I tried to just prompt the player instead. If you were playing with the default setting I can see why you had a hard time!
Thank you again, I'll try to stream your game this arvo :)
Hey ManaBrent,
I streamed my playthrough of your game (the video has chapters). Check it out:
This game is so fun and so polished! You are really showing off what is possible with RPG Maker and demonstrating your own amazing game dev abilities. The characters are unique and interesting and the way you've layered mechanics in a shop sim kept things fresh. Looking forward to your next project!

The art direction in this really shines and this is a dreadful world you've created. The demo was the perfect length to give a good taste of what the game has to offer and left me wanting more! All the best with the full release :)

Thanks for being in the stream, I had a blast playing your game. The build-up was really something and I know the pay-off is going to be good. You've done a great job to build up the tension and the interactions with the different characters really put you on edge. A really great game and I hope more people take the opportunity to play it!
A really tense game that I'm so glad it is the length that it is. Any longer and I couldn't play from freaking out too much. When I'm tightening my tourniquet and footsteps start approaching... HOOOOLY.
I love the animations and the visual style. It really reminds me of classic flash games from back in the day.
The sound design is so good too, I couldn't tell if it was the inside of the demon or the smaller internal demons chasing me sometimes and it got me worked up!
Great submission!
