Agreed, it's really unfair to creators and to players. An auto-moderation system is necessary at this point to itch. I've disabled comments on my games to protect my community so far. At least allow us to approve comments before they're posted. If 8 of every 10 comments I get are virus links (sometimes more often), then there's no reason to even have a comments section.

So after 20+ virus links they sweep the site? They just need to invest in an auto-mod to block links if the creator disables them on the page. Nobody should be sending links in game comments anyway. I've had to completely disable my comments because the stress from this is so toxic. 3+ spam links per day. I've reported it a while ago but they appear to need some more reminders about how big of an issue this is for both creators and viewers. I'll have to send in a Support Ticket each time I get a virus link in my comments, that sounds fair.
This is getting out of hand, itch needs to develop an auto-mod! Scan suspicious links, or disable links entirely from the comments. There's no reason to be linking things in there anyway! If anyone has a solution I'm all ears, but as I see it this is an itch admin problem that won't be fixed until they fix it themselves.
I'll focus on improving the tutorial for the next update. The new features (Burst, Momentum and Coins) will get improved visual clarity for when the action is taken. In the current iteration, Momentum is increased when you press or release. If the diamond is above the 50% section in the line it'll start to deaccelerate, and vice versa for the other direction. Collecting Stars now places your diamond at the opposite end of the screen, allowing you to continue holding/releasing to get the most value out of your increased speed.
It works as intended for me while testing, which platform are you playing on? You're not supposed to click as fast as you can, which is how you lose points. The goal is to build momentum, as stated in the tutorial. I suggest trying again and seeing if you can get past the second round after some practice. Aim for the stars and use your Burst meter when it fills all the way up.
A pretty easy deck to build is a Fire deck using Brushfire and the fire Ability. You can stack a lot of Burn stacks to help defeat the opponent quickly. Double Torch is useful as well, and adding a few Stella cards to nullify the Burn damage from Stella EX attacks. Save your Stellas for only when you're burning. Hope this helps!
I'll probably do it that way from now on. Adult creators were limited in what we could do on Patreon (video posts and uploading files, ect) so for the past few years we've had to do workarounds. It worked for a long time until very recently, and now we can post the files directly to the Patreon post.
The web version has more bugs than the download versions, I haven't gone through and properly debugged the Web version yet. It has to do with the Web version trying to read save data that is not accessible, so it soft-locks. I would suggest trying the download version instead, since a fix to the Web version is very low on my priorities currently 🙏
Oh yeah, there's a few errors with the Web version. I'll make sure it works for next update. The main error is that it's trying to read the local save data but Web version can't access the hard drive, so it gets confused. The v1.1 Web version had Stella wearing her Santa Hat by default so I rolled it back to v1.0 for now. I'm pretty sure I can fix it with a few lines of code. Thanks for the info!
