You did an excellent job with the art and theming. The gameplay is a little simplistic, but it’s put together really well.

I had fun using the cards to boost my score, and I like the visual style. I almost went up a hundred in a round using the sequence cards combined with others.

An issue I noticed was that after you return to the main menu, the music breaks. Also, I think it would be nice if you could read the card descriptions before you buy them, instead of only after. Additionally, the sequence card doesn’t have a description.

It was a fun, simple platformer roguelike. It was a lot of fun stacking the different power-ups. The visuals and audio are pretty good, too.

The only thing that I could think of that needs improving is making the disappearing platforms different from regular platforms, but that’s more of a suggestion.

I had a lot of fun playing your game. It felt really polished and well-designed. The dialogue was good and funny too. I wish there were more to do, since the game was so much fun.

Some issues and suggestions I have are removing the quit buttons, since they kinda just freeze the game, and you have to refresh the page. Additionally, the button to return to the main menu doesn’t work.

Thanks for the feedback!

We’re in the process of fixing a lot of these issues and should have a new build ready by the end of the week.

I've just finished fixing some issues with the camera controls, so that should feel improved. Additionally, one of my teammates has gotten the restart button working.

We’ll look at making better indicators and improving the unit selection.

Thanks again, and we’ll be pushing out a new update soon!

That was a fun short time-loop story. I enjoyed how you did the theme and the menus, especially the main menu, and the background was well-made. I enjoyed going through the time loop.

However, there were some grammatical issues with the dialogue, and the input controls for going through it were a little buggy. Additionally, some music and more SFX would have been nice too.

Nice creative deck-building game, I had a bunch of fun goofing around with the mechanics and bugs. The art and music were well done and incorporated. It felt decently polished, although I wish there were a way to return to the main menu without closing the game.

I thought the way you used the theme was cool and unique. I had a lot of fun playing and trying to get further through the stages, but the enemies really start swarming you after a couple. Messing with the Yoyo was fun, and the trails it left behind was a nice detail. Also, the scene transitions was a nice detail

I think the KUBBI music fits the game pretty well, and it’s been a while since I listened to their music, so it was cool hearing it. Also, having the songs be randomized in the menu was nice, and I kinda just sat in the menu and listened for a little.

The SFX was well done too, and I enjoyed how well put together it all was. It definitely immersed me in the game.

Your menu design is really good. I like how the Yoyo comes down to the buttons. It was cool how you stylized it, too. The font choice worked well, and I liked how the options got highlighted when you hover over one.

Something that I think you could improve is the pause and upgrade menus by adding SFX to them.

Overall, I think your game is a nice, short, well-polished experience. I’m going to go play some more of it now, those spiny enemies keep surrounding me on the later stages.

This is definitely my favorite game out of all the ones I’ve tried in the jam. It’s really well made and the visuals look pretty nice. I can’t really find any flaws with it except the tutorial being a little difficult to exit out of.

It was decently fun and I loved the art style, Some problems I noticed was that the other participant would complain about the shock being turned up even if he hadn’t been shocked yet. Also, the mouse sensitivity needs higher settings, I turned it all the way up and it still felt so slow. Oh yeah, I also thought the tester’s reactions to what you do were cool.

At first, I wasn’t sure if the game fit the theme, but then there was the twist at the ends if you go home. I thought it was really cool. However, I feel like it ended kinda abruptly when you stayed at the bench. Other than that, I think the game is really well-made.

The visuals were really cool and I think the gameplay was also pretty fun. The only problems I had was the game kinda ends abruptly, which you have to relaunch the game to play again, and there isn’t a way to lose.

I really liked the atmosphere, but gameplay-wise it’s kinda boring. The anomalies are easy to spot and eventually, it just turns into constantly pressing the button.

The game was pretty fun though I feel like it’s a little too difficult. Had a little trouble with the controls but that might just be a me thing. Also, I love the design of Mr.Deadline, he absolutely spooked me when I first failed the tasks. I feel like you run out of time too fast for some of the tasks and it can be pretty difficult to do tasks like the fireplace one in time. I haven’t been able to complete too many of the tasks before Mr.Deadline kicked my butt, because of this. Some problems I noticed were that Mr.Deadline couldn’t go up the stairs and I couldn’t find the breaker box when he appeared. The toilet is a pain for me to open but that might be a skill issue. The put the trash in the can task covers the timer.

yeah, I think I just made the speed ramp up too fast

Thanks again

Thanks!

I made the movement speed high to make people be more careful when trying to navigate around and to add a bit more difficulty to it but I might have overdone it a little.

Thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry I haven’t replied to you sooner, I was busy with a game jam. Yeah, I added a description to try to explain what each of them does but I probably need to add a tutorial in the game to properly explain what everything does. It freezing is weird though, I thought I fixed all the bugs there but I’ll work on figuring out what happened. The interface has been a problem and I’m working on making it better. Thanks again for your feedback!
