alpha 8 update is posted and another new public build.

Another update video is posted and a new alpha build is available for download.

I have a new update video finished that covers creatures and some updates to the probe.

I have a new update video and a new playable build is posted if you would like to check it out.  I would love some feedback.

I am the only dev working on the project doing all the design, programming, artwork and music.

The concept behind the game is that you are driving an underwater robotic probe exploring the ocean on the moon Europa.

The objective is for the game to be a relaxing experience that teaches a little bit of real world science along the way.  The world begins as a completely black void and you have to reveal everything.  You use different vision modes to see a visual representation of the science data you collect about the terrain that includes, temperature, radiation, density, geology, mineralogy, chemistry, organics, and surface features.  You utilize a bunch of different science tools that are inspired by their real-world counterparts to collect data and fill out each of these vision modes.

I have been creating devlog videos for each update so far.

Alpha 1 was all about the probe tools

Alpha 2 covered the probes other systems

Alpha 3 is about the game world.

Alpha 4 is about the Science Lab section of the home base.

The game has a website which can be found here.   www.EuropaExplorerGame.com
