Suddenly, every asset pack on my page stopped appearing in search, so I contacted support through email. They told me I had a report about the custom CSS I used on my page, so I removed it and reset everything back to default.

Now that everything is in its normal state, could you please re-index my page and all my asset packs? Currently, none of them are visible in search. Also, please advise if there are any further steps I should take.

You're right, it’s not strictly PSX polycount. I went more for a PSX-inspired style rather than fully matching the console’s technical limits. I should probably name it ‘PSX-style flashlight’ instead. Appreciate the feedback!

Hi, I really didn’t want to post here, but I’ve already emailed support and haven’t received any response. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. I’ve seen several similar posts where moderators say, “I'll let the admins know,” so I’m posting here in hopes that it helps get my issue noticed.

My payout has been under review for 14 days now. While I know some users have reported longer delays, it’s still concerning, and I’m worried it might take even longer.

My validation status has been stuck on “Pending Validation” for over 7+ days. I completed the tax interview on December 24, 2024, and I agreed to the 30% withholding rate. I’ve submitted all the required tax and payout information.

I believe the “Pending Validation” status appeared after I initiated the payout, which makes me wonder if it's related to the delay. I’m concerned this could be affecting the payout review or payment process.

I kindly ask the admin team or whoever is in charge to look into this and help resolve the issue. Also, pls let me know if I need to redo the tax interview or resubmit any information.
