Yeah, I did!
Now I'm wondering if it's possible to escape from the church after collecting the cloak, but without the monocle... I don't wanna be softlocked!

I also found a couple of other mistakes, such as one character not having the correct dialogue portrait and the guards who blocked the way to the castle could still be talked to after they move away, eventually softlocking the game because one of the guards can't move any further. The latter only happens before you enter the castle area, though.
