Hi No Time To Play, thanks for getting back to me. I emailed support@itch.io about 6 days ago, this was the body of the message:

Hi Itch support team,

Is it possible to transfer the ownership of game projects from one Itch.io account to another? If so, I'd like to transfer the my projects Herp Derps Plight and Heroes of Herp Derp from my personal account Blackney Studios to my other account: Viking Roo. The reason for the merge is that I'd like to keep everything on my official indie studio account (Viking Roo), and no longer maintain my personal account (Blackney Studios). Is there any information you need from me?

I've read the Itch support documentation, but can't find any rules section on what to do if support is taking too long. The documentation only suggests that i email support directly, which i've already done, so I'm not quite sure on what to do now to resolve this issue. How can we proceed with this?

...I said the rules of this category. You were shown those rules before being allowed to post, and then you had to tick a checkbox saying you've read them.
