The art style and music are really cool in this. I liked the various effects you put on the player abilites, too. That kind of stuff often gets overlooked in a jam.

There wasn't enough contrast between backgrounds, platforms, and the character so I often had a hard time processing what I was looking at.

Some nifty camera transitions going on there! Nice.

The wall jump didn't feel precise enough for me to use reliably, which made it difficult to move upwards in some sections.

Combat looks cool and would be better with knockback (both self and enemy). It feels almost impossible to land a hit without taking damage.

I seemed to die when I still had health in my healthbar, so I'm really not sure what's happening there.

There's some cool stuff here! Thanks for making this.

Good game! The character designs and environmental art is well done. The inclusion of stealth is interesting, but I never found it to be useful. Another mechanic that could use some improvement is the wall jump. I found it was difficult to chain wall jumps together. I encountered an issue where when I died on the bosses' intro screen, I was no longer able to fight them. With some small improvements I can see a lot of potential in this game. Good job!

The overall atmosphere was especially well done; the boss fight was cool too. Great game!

Dude the VFX are awesome no doubt. Loved the enemy death FX, loved the bloom on the blades. I think this is the the only game that I've played so far that has such carefully crafted VFX.

I think the single biggest thing you should do for your next project is add SFX. I know this isn't any concrete gameplay advice, but from an overall perspective, I think you should start to focus on SFX too. It's such a core part of the overall experience.

As for the gameplay, I personally didn't get very far so I can't comment much. I'm not a great gamer, so I got stuck very early on. I realised that I needed to wall jump up a tunnel, and I literally physically could not execute the moves required. I don't think it was hard (the other commenter clearly made it through) but its more of a skill issue. I tend to have a lot of trouble performing mechanical skills in games. So I ended my run there - sorry!

Thank you for trying, your comment makes a difference, I will have to focus more on SFX and in the future. As for the jump, I now see that I could have implemented another method to overcome that area, at the time of preparation it didn't cross my mind hehehe. Sorry and thanks again for playing.

The visuals are great! I was just getting into it when it randomly ended and said thanks for playing, i think i may have enter a boss arena from below or something an accidentally triggered the ending im not sure, Ill see if i can go another way.

I got to the ancient armor boss but it feels kind of unfair, I basically just die to a single hit. It does look pretty cool though and I like the splash screen title for it

True, I only now realized that I didn't block the path that leads to the end of the game, it should only open after defeating Boos Armor and gaining the necessary ability to access the final area. As for the boos' damage, I believe I didn't make a very good choice, I put cumulative damage, as long as I continue taking damage it increases and resets to normal after a while. In any case, I'm very happy and grateful that you tried it.
