the second game had the locker set up same as the first game but when it pulled the girl in the locker i looked and it showed me link to the deluxe version of the game and not showing the girls which was in the advertisement .
the game may work the same but not showing the girls in the locker is in effect cutting half the game out to make more money .
if you don't beleave me take a look yourself .

You sure you downloaded the correct version? I am serious. There are several such games and one of them currently doing a bundle sale is having a price tiered version and a free version. Also I am not sure how this is calculated, since at least one of those games acutally has three tiers. A free version, a full version and a deluxe version.
If you bought what I think you bought, you bought 3 games at the 8 $ tier. In sum 24 $. The bundle price is reduced by 20% making it the 20 $ the bundle costs.
I wish there were more clarification how bundles work in regard to individually priced files. Some people might think it applies the bundle price to all items in the bundle. But I have doubts this is so. If you bundle 10 items, you would give a discount of 90% just by having them in the bundle.
Also, itch absolutely NEEDS to implement the ability to increase the donation level. This is ridiculous! Unless I am mistaken, you were in error what you would get because of the unseen consequences of the bundling/individual donation level after purchase. And if you were to correct the mistake, you can't, since you cannot just add 12 $ to your tier. And how discounts affect the calculation is also rather unclear to me. Ideally you would pay 12 * 0.8, because the games currently have 20% discount. But as I said, you cannot do this, as you would only buy the game a second time and not increase your donation level.
(For the record, the deluxe price for all three games would have been 60 $)

Yeah, my math is off above, sue me. Bundle prices and individually price files do not go well and there is lots of assumptions made. I now think the dev set the indivudul games on "sale" by 20%, whatever that means for a free game with donations, and additionally made a bundle that might distribute the bundle price equally to those projects, giving each project a donation level of 19.99/3/0.8 = 8.33, putting buyers above the 7.99 threshold of the games.

And yesss, bundles that offer no bundle discount are possible and quite nonsensical in many cases. It bundles the payment and reduces fees, of course. Unless it says something like Each item 10% off! or buy everything for $18.00! Regularly $20.00 Save 9%!, the bundle itself has no discount! Wrong again. It just means the bundle calculates the price for you, it is still the sum of the individual projects. Searching for a bundle that has a bundle discount now.
Each item 50% off! or buy everything for $9.99! Regularly $22.98 Save 56%! That one. The "save" value after the bundle is bigger than the individual discount, those bundles give bundle discount. And just look at the example above, the rounding made the individual 10% to a 9% bundle discount.
I'd say there are some serious issues with the whole bundle and sales labels and pricing options that projects can have. There is something wrong, if you have to contemplate and think and think again and again, how something is priced and what you actually get for your payment and what the actual discount was.
i got the lovecraft locker bundle . i got them expecting the first full game and the others in development but the second one they took the girls in the locker right out and left the sound even thow it was right in the add that that part is part of the game .
a deluxe would likely have different skins of characters but not have the part ripped right out .

You should never watch movie trailers before going to the cinema. You would demand your money back, since there are often cases when material in the trailer was cut from the finished movie.
it said standard but the part of the game the inside of the lockers is the main part of the game .

You first complained about getting references to the deluxe version, so of course I suspected you thought you paid for the deluxe version or you thought you downloaded the deluxe version. You neither confirmed, nor denied that. You just assert that it was promised that whatever content you miss, was promised to be in the version you downloaded. After glancing at the game description, I do not know what is even promised to be in the free version.
How much did you pay? The bundle that costs 20 $?
What files can you download on the game page? The 7.99 $ file? The 19.99 $ file?
What file did you actually download? The free version? The "full" version? The "deluxe" version?
Is the game fully released or in development?
If it is in development, how do you know the part you are complaining about is just not yet implemented?
Did you try to complain to the developer first about missing game features?

This is not how this works. What add are you even talking about? Do you mean an advertisement? A screenshot is not an advertisement. Especially for a work in progress and something that has different versions. You do not even know which version the screenshot is from.

No. You would have not. This is not how Steam refunds work. And they will refuse the refund, if you have more than 2 hours of playtime. They will also take away the game. You downloaded a drm free version of a game.
If you ask for a refund here, you better have good reasons. You presented no good reasons yet. But you do not have to convince me. I am just another player. But the stuff you wrote makes your refund claim look unreasonable.
I hope you did not think that opening a forum thread is the way to ask for a refund. You need to contact support, just as the pinned reply says. This is also so on Steam. You do not open a thread on Steam to ask for a refund.
Since you claim you did not get your money back, I can only speculate, that you either did not contact support or they declined your refund request.

Oh, you mean the free versions the scamming scammers uploaded to scam people? There is no requirement to upload free games, it is the developers deciding that.
What you and all other players and especially the developers can complain about and rightly so, is the way bundle pricing works here. No one understands it. It is not clear at a glance what you get and if there is a discount by buying the bundle and what a bundle with or without discount does to discounted games that offer individually priced files.
when i got the bundle it showed that i get the 3 games .
it did not say what verion i would get just the 3 games .
now the 2nd game if you look at the add it showed how the game works .
you pull girls into a locker and you gain points and if you choose to you can look into the locker to see the monster having sex with the girl .
in the second game the add shows you can see this but when i downloaded the game the picture was cut out and in its place an add to support this scammer instead of the picture what is a part of the game .
if this scammer tryed this in steam his game would likely be in the red and never get better i have seen that happen.
also if this was tryed in steam they would give refunds and i have gotten a number of refunds for cases just like this.
ill just remember this for the next game that looks ok .
