i got the lovecraft locker bundle . i got them expecting the first full game and the others in development but the second one they took the girls in the locker right out and left the sound even thow it was right in the add that that part is part of the game .
a deluxe would likely have different skins of characters but not have the part ripped right out .

You should never watch movie trailers before going to the cinema. You would demand your money back, since there are often cases when material in the trailer was cut from the finished movie.
it said standard but the part of the game the inside of the lockers is the main part of the game .
theres no excuse for takeing that part out to sell latter which is why i want a refund .

You first complained about getting references to the deluxe version, so of course I suspected you thought you paid for the deluxe version or you thought you downloaded the deluxe version. You neither confirmed, nor denied that. You just assert that it was promised that whatever content you miss, was promised to be in the version you downloaded. After glancing at the game description, I do not know what is even promised to be in the free version.
How much did you pay? The bundle that costs 20 $?
What files can you download on the game page? The 7.99 $ file? The 19.99 $ file?
What file did you actually download? The free version? The "full" version? The "deluxe" version?
Is the game fully released or in development?
If it is in development, how do you know the part you are complaining about is just not yet implemented?
Did you try to complain to the developer first about missing game features?

This is not how this works. What add are you even talking about? Do you mean an advertisement? A screenshot is not an advertisement. Especially for a work in progress and something that has different versions. You do not even know which version the screenshot is from.

No. You would have not. This is not how Steam refunds work. And they will refuse the refund, if you have more than 2 hours of playtime. They will also take away the game. You downloaded a drm free version of a game.
If you ask for a refund here, you better have good reasons. You presented no good reasons yet. But you do not have to convince me. I am just another player. But the stuff you wrote makes your refund claim look unreasonable.
I hope you did not think that opening a forum thread is the way to ask for a refund. You need to contact support, just as the pinned reply says. This is also so on Steam. You do not open a thread on Steam to ask for a refund.
Since you claim you did not get your money back, I can only speculate, that you either did not contact support or they declined your refund request.

Your definition of a scam is not what other people understand by a scam. You would call a restaurant a scam, if they served you a burger not looking like on the photos - and they never do.

Oh, you mean the free versions the scamming scammers uploaded to scam people? There is no requirement to upload free games, it is the developers deciding that.
What you and all other players and especially the developers can complain about and rightly so, is the way bundle pricing works here. No one understands it. It is not clear at a glance what you get and if there is a discount by buying the bundle and what a bundle with or without discount does to discounted games that offer individually priced files.
when i got the bundle it showed that i get the 3 games .
it did not say what verion i would get just the 3 games .
now the 2nd game if you look at the add it showed how the game works .
you pull girls into a locker and you gain points and if you choose to you can look into the locker to see the monster having sex with the girl .
in the second game the add shows you can see this but when i downloaded the game the picture was cut out and in its place an add to support this scammer instead of the picture what is a part of the game .
if this scammer tryed this in steam his game would likely be in the red and never get better i have seen that happen.
also if this was tryed in steam they would give refunds and i have gotten a number of refunds for cases just like this.
ill just remember this for the next game that looks ok .

Because you claim something was "advertised" to you is not exactly as in the version you downloaded you cry scam. This is not how advertisement works. This is not how scams work. This is not how screenshots work.
And apparantly you did not even reach out to the developer for clarification or to remedy the situation.
For your information, there are real scams on this site. People selling stolen games, usually with malware in it.

It is even debateable if the issue you believe is happening even qualifies for false advertisement, as you only saw something in a screenshot from a project page of a game that is still worked on and has different versions. And not an advertisement.
