This is not how this works. What add are you even talking about? Do you mean an advertisement? A screenshot is not an advertisement.  Especially for a work in progress and something that has different versions. You do not even know which version the screenshot is from.

this long dilog is also why i dont offer money to anyone on this site.

No. You would have not. This is not how Steam refunds work. And they will refuse the refund, if you have more than 2 hours of playtime. They will also take away the game. You downloaded a drm free version of a game.

If you ask for a refund here, you better have good reasons. You presented no good reasons yet. But you do not have to convince me. I am just another player. But the stuff you wrote makes your refund claim look unreasonable.

I hope you did not think that opening a forum thread is the way to ask for a refund. You need to contact support, just as the pinned reply says.  This is also so on Steam. You do not open a thread on Steam to ask for a refund.

Since you claim you did not get your money back, I can only speculate, that you either did not contact support or they declined your refund request.

Maybe use a better translator, if this is a language problem.

Your definition of a scam is not what other people understand by a scam. You would call a restaurant a scam, if they served you a burger not looking like on the photos - and they never do.

Oh, you mean the free versions the scamming scammers uploaded to scam people? There is no requirement to upload free games, it is the developers deciding that.

What you and all other players and especially the developers can complain about and rightly so, is the way bundle pricing works here. No one understands it. It is not clear at a glance what you get and if there is a discount by buying the bundle and what a bundle with or without discount does to discounted games that offer individually priced files.
