If your pending balance decreases it is because of a refund. Either a customer requested refund, or a refund from a chargeback or fraud notification.
It looks like you deleted a page BitPlay | Construct 2 [.Capx] - The game with the withdrawal of real bitcoins! [Source], and we refunded a customer because the thing they bought is no longer available.
As an aside, account related issues should go through our support page. Being belligerent and ignoring moderators requests on our message board will get your account banned from the message board. We are under no obligation to provide service to you, so if you repeatedly make it difficult for us to help you and interfere with us helping others by taking up an unreasonable amount of our time then we will have to terminate your account and refund any pending payments.

- Violating copyright by selling content they do not have the rights to distribute
- Trying to distribute a tool on itch.io to create fraudulent activity on our platform to create fake popularity
- Used that tool on their own projects
- Deleted access to content that people have paid for without any proper notification
- Harassing our team
