Thank you, admin, I had $ 23 in my account, when I went out and logged in again, I got $ 5.99, thanks again admin, succumb to what you take from people, scum.

and so it will be with everyone! withdraw your funds before it's too late! This shit will take everything from you!

Now his wards, omnipotent, moderators will delete this post!

You are only omnipotent here, in real life you are nobody!

leafo , you sump

And perhaps if you want the administration to take you seriously, a good way to start is not by posting five messages, where one would have sufficed, and perhaps a good way to go is also not to call people (administrator or regular user alike) names.

And there could all be a very good explanation for this, but perhaps it would be a good idea to let the administrators speak, before making any assumptions. It could just have been a database error, you know, in which case, things should be traceable. After the admins have spoken, we know if you have reasons to be mad or not.

Just for context while we work this out: from what I've heard, this person uploaded a script that boosts project's popularity by faking views/downloads. They also tried uploading other people's work and selling it. After being warned about this twice, this is their response.

Okay, I didn't know that, but I guess if what you say is true, things come to a completely different light.

Huh. Interesting.

If your pending balance decreases it is because of a refund. Either a customer requested refund, or a refund from a chargeback or fraud notification.

It looks like you deleted a page BitPlay | Construct 2 [.Capx] - The game with the withdrawal of real bitcoins! [Source], and we refunded a customer because the thing they bought is no longer available.

As an aside, account related issues should go through our support page. Being belligerent and ignoring moderators requests on our message board will get your account banned from the message board. We are under no obligation to provide service to you, so if you repeatedly make it difficult for us to help you and interfere with us helping others by taking up an unreasonable amount of our time then we will have to terminate your account and refund any pending payments.

If you would like to discuss this further then please contact our support: https://itch.io/support

If you create another topic like this without any respect for our requests then we will ban your community access.

To anyone else reading this topic, this account has been:

  • Violating copyright by selling content they do not have the rights to distribute
  • Trying to distribute a tool on itch.io to create fraudulent activity on our platform to create fake popularity
  • Used that tool on their own projects
  • Deleted access to content that people have paid for without any proper notification
  • Harassing our team

Thanks

I'm normally not fond of speaking things like these out on a public forum, but since the user in question did already seek out the community by themselves I guess, being transparent about the matter and put it out in the open is now the right way to go. The things listed here are very serious offenses I must say.
