I contacted Itch.io about this and asked them to take appropriate action.

These people need to swing from the nearest lamppost! 

Usually people do it for the clicks, maybe the file they are putting to download contains virus and they want people to get that virus, also, maybe there is someone, who hates me and they created fake account to tease me - many, many reasons. Thanks for the attention thou and I really appreciate that.
