I like how there were little cut scenes, (like drinking water from the well!). Your sprite art is very clear and nice~ if you like you could and a little bit of squish and stretch to the sprite for cartoony animation (but it is fine as is). Text was a bit much at times, but I'm not much of a reader haha so I'm sure others don't mind. However, there is a visual story telling rule, "show, don't tell" as much as you can. Great job!
