The controls felt smooth and the art design was super cool, almost like children's story book style, kudos! (What resolution are your sprite characters?) My only suggestions would be to have a parallax background and maybe some environment particles to make it feel more juicy. Also, the spiky plants blend into the background a lot so hard to notice them~ However, still an awesomely polished game! Please check out my game if you can~

Thank you for the feedback, appreciate it! (The small character sprites are 240x300px 72dpi) There is a very slight parallax but I agree it could be cool to make it a little stronger. The particles are a great idea, that would add a really mysterious and dreamy feel to the forest!
