The blue and green slimes in the Lake of the forest part and the swamp drops that meter if you submit or lose against them, the Troll also does that as well in the new area in this update on here
Using an Sanity Potion, which you can get from the lizardess in the Ruin by giving her 5 green items the green slimes drops randomly each time it is defeated or by them from the witch during a certain time of day in her hut in the swamp spot on the world map, is another way to recover it.
