Known issues thus far, The web build seems work work pretty well but not for ios devices, I can't seem to get iphones to work. Ipads seem to work for the most part but do not seem to allow the webm videos used for dynamic backgrounds and certain cutscenes to work. I'll post to Lemmasoft and hopefully get some guidance
Apologies I wasn't quite specific enough, It's not actually an APK, I'm considering speaking with a sideloading company for an actual side game, but it should now support in browser html play for mobile devices, specifically should be fine for default safari for iphones and Ipad, as well as a good chunk of mobile web broswers, tho sadly I don't think I can get the android build to work, so while it will be playable from web there, I don't think I can get it to be app ready
update. I feel kinda foolish, i unzipped the 1.5 folder and it looked like there was new stuff and there was indeed. The folder actually contained the updated version. So maayyybe rename the folder as not to mislead any others and mayyyyyybe change the title screen to say 1.8 if it's not too much trouble. Sending much love, 10/10 game.
Thank you for the reply!! I've a question and a minor bug report. Firstly, i played through the update (so HOOOT, DJURA IS AMAZING, YOU EVEN MADE DARK BEAST PAARL HOT WTFFF??!?) and i went snooping in the images folder to see if i'd missed anything and i noticed a few image sets i didn't see in game mainly the "bitchend", "bonding" scenes and a few Alfred sprites. Now seeing the "blood moon transition" and "byg" (byrgenwirth?) i'm guessing they're meant for future updates but do let me know if I just missed them.
Secondly as i re-ran through the game to see if i missed anything i noticed some sprites hanging around when thy're not supposed to. first instance is ghost bro in chapter 2 if you ignore the ghost cock in chapter 1, he hangs about the screen until you get kidnapped by the sack dude. Second is if you avoid the dark beast fight the whole sequence kinda breaks and you get no background, dialogue box and Alfred on the left side of the screen until you get to Djura (<3) where the background changes from black to the paarl arena (the spicy CGs and dialogue work fine tho, don't worry)
This one is veeeeery minor but after the Rook scene when u get to chat with Alfred and Log if you choose the first option in the Alfred dialogue (ask why he seemed nervous etc.) after Alfred's done you get thrown into the chat with Log dialogue tree with the poor sad Alfred sprite staying on screen until you leave the area (i can see this one being intentional but idk, no harm in asking I guess)
Think I'm done, but I'd like to say ONCE AGAIN that the game ABSOLUTELY SLAPS, the art keeps getting better and better and that these are very inconsequential bug reports and not critiques (it kinda goes without saying , but encouragement is always nice :) )
(Ps. as if i didn't write enough already lol, but since i'm here i might as well ask. Will we get to see the giant pigman again? he was hot in a grotesque way^^)
thank you SO much for your thoroughness and it really means a lot that you even went looking for bugs, I hope I've cleared out a few of them hehe, tho shame on you for peaking at the game folders! jk haha a lot of the spicy stuff should now be in there in the 2.0 build and some of those graphical errors I hope I've managed to fix.
As for the big bacon lad, I didn't initially have any further plans, but maybe I'll run some community polls to see what encounters like him people would like to see fleshed out a bit more;)
All reported bugs are fixed ;). The update slaps, love to see Alfred get frisky eheh (i went snooping through the folder again, I can't stop myself, is the Alfy smooch scene obtainable in game atm?) Love the victorian mutton chops, looks-wise he has a very Brontë/Austen novel vibe
