I don't know what you did with the files, but the game sure doesn't like. It runs fine, but upon starting it you get messages that it doesn't work. The art and music are nice, but the gameplay is too chaotic for me. There also doesn't seem to be a win state.

I don't quite understand your first sentence, and I'm not quite sure about how the error messages are showing up, but hopefully it doesn't affect the gameplay too much, I will fix these issues in future stable releases.
As for the win state, there are 3 endings for the game, with 1 or 2 of the 3 endings being win states(the second ending depends on whether you depict it as a Win or Lose).
