Pretty confused as to what I am allowed to shoot and what not to shoot, I would assume that I should shoot anything that shoots at me but then the game ends, any help?

Thanks for taking your time to play it! What you can shoot is explained by the menu screen. First frame is what forms you can shoot, and third is what colors you can shoot, whereas 2nd frame is what you can collide with to heal. It requires quite a bit of dodging and that is why you can slow time!
