Very funny premise. Good art, and I enjoyed following the story through the different documents. Plus I love the idea of playing as a pencil-pushing bureaucrat trying to ding the badass space hero over minor infractions.

The implementation, though, really undermines it. I was all ready to look at the timestamp on the camera, cross-reference it with the mission in the ship's log, and determine if they were using the right color of space suit. So I was pretty disappointed to discover that the infractions were the only clickables in the game, and they're straight-up labeled with what rule they violate.

I'd like to see the interface reworked so there are an assortment of clickables and you have to suss out which ones are rule violations and which aren't. The story and everything don't need to change at all--they're already great!

Hear you loud and clear - that's fantastic feedback.  Based on similar feedback, we're looking at adding a "professional bureaucrat" mode that would require exactly what you described - cross-reference, examine, pick ONE correct clue from many possible clues etc. That way you're effectively forced to dust off the ol' pen + legal pad and get to work. For the sake of this game jam, we thought it would be best to implement a really straightforward and "totally beatable" version. But it sounds like folks we be down to try a more challenging version, which actually rules.

Thanks again for the feedback, we will absolutely let you know when that's updated.

Yeah, I think that would be great. Totally understand the motivation of wanting to keep it simple and solvable for the jam (that's also why I made mine so easy to brute force). But I would love a tough mode, the structure of the game is so well-suited for it!
