ignore them they are just hateful normies and tbh as long as you say the age is 18 or above there's nothing anyone can do to stop you from making them look as young as possible also you can tell she's clearly 18 or 19 so idk what the big deal is idk the MC's age but I'm sure it's about the same oh tbh if she's a ghost she might be older than she remembers herself being but since a ghost remembers how old they were and what they looked like when they died they tend to stay at that age

Anyways, the problem is entities like patreon, that have their own agenda and push it with their market weight around. They are unpredictable and hypocritical. They want their share of the adult cake, but instead of banning only the actual illegal stuff, like actual abuse, they give you trouble if you do not go out of your way to make clear that the fictional pixels are of legal age. And unrelated by blood.
