So... did you try doing exactly what the message says?
I am one of the people receiving this error, if you mean have we tried to contact the support then yes. Currently I have not received a response.

Yeah, next time read the comments that I talked about. Clearly support was contacted. I made a post to hopefully bring quicker and wider attention to a fairly serious issue.
