Yes, I'm finishing update my Chroma Noir series then moving onto adding things like this to Mini Medieval. Expect these kind of additions in the coming months.
Cheers!

Just released v2.1 of my Chroma Noir jungle assets, lots of new additions like new animations, and even 1bit sprite variations.
Check it out here!
Hey, just got around to re-adding true 1bit tilesto my Chroma Noir series! This used to be supported but fell out of favor as the series expanded. Going forward it will be maintained and included, cheers!
Just released a huge update for my Chroma Noir Arctic pack!
This not only adds a large amount of new additions (new enemy, aurora sky decor, building variations, etc), but also includes the quality of life changes I have been adding to the whole series.
Check it out here!
Just released a new pixel font (my 57th) that is titled Digital Display!
Digital Display is a pixel font that has the visual style of early calculator and alarm clock typography. I have allowed for some creativity in that design giving me the flexability to have things like accented characters, etc.
You can find the full font here!

Hey, just released a massive update for my Chroma Noir assets. It adds a huge list of new assets. This includes a major overhaul to the character sprites (including adding a medium and a large variation) as well as better animations, and so much more!

Hello, thanks for the questions, glad you like the assets!
1. Yes, once you purchase these future updates are locked in for the packs purchased
2. Not unless you purchase new expansions (currently itch doesn't support this kind of bundle sale, so these are priced and designed with that in mind).
3. No real difference, itch will get updates faster. At the moment the Patreon store is more of an experiment for me.
As for the other questions, yes a basic dying animation exists, but it is more of a disintegrate animation. Hit animation is a flash to white, death is a flash to white with pixels being removed over frames.
For the character animation questions, yes, this is something I can add. However I'm about to start doing some major updates on all the packs in this series, including a new character design (and probably some reworks on the old one). Some basic character previews will likely be included once I get to this huge list of updates for the series!
Cheers!
Just released a massive update for my Retro Lines asset pack! This update adds a massive list of great additions, everything from improved animations, to whole new environments. I won't belabor the listing of additions here, as it can all be found on the page.

Ah, these are not missing. They combine with the Desert water edge tiles.

These tiles are actually transition tiles to the full shandy beach shore. This allows combining the desert water edge tiles and the ocean shallow beach sand tiles.
Just overhauled another one of my fonts. Royal Decree is a font I designed my first year of making pixel fonts. It was supposed to be regal, but ended up equally as zany. I kept the style for the overhaul, and improved things like letter sizing and language support!
Check it out here!
Thank you, yes, I seem to have somehow missed the capital version of that glpyh, as well as the interesting variation you mentioned.
I can probably have this update out before the new week is over. A few days is my aim, but I have been keeping a schedule so it might be later in the week. As for my other fonts that have this issues, I will make it a priority to start fixing those asap.
I use a variety of font tools, if you want to hit me on discord to take about it, here is my user: REDACTED TO AVOID RANDOM REQUESTS
You can also DM me on one of my socials if that works better for you :)
Cheers!
Russian will be supported later this year, currently going through all of my fonts adding Turkish, Polish, Norwegian, and basic Cyrillic (Russian, etc).
As for Chinese and Korean, I currently don't have a timeline for those, but I do intend to support them at some point.
This is something that could be commissioned if that is a direction you are wanting to go in.
Hope this clarifies things, cheers!
