My original plan for this year was a very complex puzzle game, with different phases and a pretentious theme that required a lot of content. When I finally found time to work on it, I wasn't having fun. Then my daughter came into my office with a drawing she made of a Siren Cat (whatever that is) and asked if I could make a game about it.
This might not be the most revolutionary entry in the jam, nor the most polished, but I had a lot of fun in the process.
