Sure. I used the platformer engine. Drifting basically is just running and the jumping is deactivated. I used palette swaps to make the floor look like it's moving. The street is just a really large actor. And the palm trees etc. are just projectiles emitted from actors that follow the movement of the streets. The projectiles are animated to grow in size. That's pretty much all there is to it ๐
