It shows as I own it on both website and on app. Who would you recommend  I contact for support? I am extremely new to itch unfortunately.

You could try to contact the developer first - if the fault is on their side you'll probably get help sooner.  Check if anyone else mentioned the issue in their comments or see if they have a support email. 

If they can't help you, you could contact support.
