Okay so upon looking further the exact error is an API (400)

It shows as I own it on both website and on app. Who would you recommend  I contact for support? I am extremely new to itch unfortunately.

Another thing to is that I bought the game through the itch website rather than the itch app. Unfortunately I learned that my device cannot run the game without the itch app. Let me know if where you purchase the files from is important or not. 

A couple weeks ago I bought a game and everything ran fine with the itch.io app. One night I tried opening it and it gave me error. When I look into the details it says something along the lines of "You must purchase this game to run it". I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game multiple times. I even went to the initial email I downloaded all of the files from  and downloaded them again but it is still not working. I don't know what to do. My device is entirely up to date as well.
