Took me a while to work my way to this one, and I have to say it was well worth it, this may be one of my favorite A.V Dossow games so far, although I made the mistake of going in expecting some unexplainable horror and that skewed my perspective a little bit at the beginning.

Now, I won't spoil the story here but I have to say it has a very solid narrative and when you are moving trough all the acts you can really feel the progression, it is really a sad and introspective game; As usual the music it's really, well, your music, very uncanny and enjoyable, I loved the monsters designs (Mom, Thing, and Sisterfly) and the fact that it is yet another great RPGmaker sidescroller.

Gameplay wise there is a lot in here, the phone mechanics are fun to check every day, the frog, the achievements, eating, all of this things add a lot to the overall experience and are very appreciated, even when going trough the same day over and over feels repetitive (as it is supposed to feel) you get a little bit of solace with all this activities until well, you know, things go literally down.

There is a few things I mentioned in the video that feel a little off with the rest of the game but even then I don't think it matters that much, at the end of the day this is an experience I could definitely recommend. The endings are one of the most satisfactory and bittersweet ones I have ever played.

Finally I wanted to ask if not using the pesticide on sister affects something aside from the fact that we get an achievement and is Milanesa delicious?

PS: I love Patitas, if anything happens to Patitas I will make sure the world ends!

Keep up the good work!

Thank you Moriko! I like this game, but here's the thing: its development was an absolute nightmare.
For this jam, we had 10 days. At first, I intended the whole game to take place in the apartment, but then I discarded the idea and made Malva leave it. The game was supposed to have monster chases and many different locations, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to implement everything in time, specially because of the 60 days. Then, I realized I had no idea of what I was doing. There wasn't a real plot anymore and I wasn't feeling inspiration anymore. I even considered to stop making the game and leave the jam, but in the end I decided to finish it. However,I was reaaally inspired in terms of soundtrack. Of the soundtracks I've created this is probably in my top 3.
The topics towards the end are certainly very delicate topics that are quite hard to approach, so those dialogs and ending parts were probably the hardest to make.
In the end, considering that I almost cancelled this game 3 days before the deadline, I'm happy with the results. Not as happy as I would've liked, but it definitely could have been way worse.

Anyway. As always, thank you for playing, the playthrough and your feedback!
